I can't really say much here because I went with my brother and we both got empanadas at a burger joint. But I will say the establishment is nice and we'll decorated and they show you how they make some of the food on tvs. Which I think every restaurant should do by the way. But we got the empanadas and the we're so hot they burned our hands when we grabbed them so yes! We walked over to the sauce station they have another yes! Tried several sauces and they were decent some were bomb though. We went home and they were still hot wow. I got chicken and my brother had beef and he had already eaten 5 out of the 6 they give you by the time we got home and he saved one for me to try and I gave him a chicken one to try. He ate the chicken one and said I better eat all my chicken ones before I eat the beef or I'll be disappointed. Though discouraged I went in grabbed a chicken empanada and took a bite still hot the juice burst in my mouth but upon the first chew I realized the chicken was dry. No! Now this is why I have the rule never go to a burger joint and get chicken it's always gonna be dry. So this proved my theory. But they give you this sauce with it kind of like Tabasco but not as hot and better flavor. And when I tell you this sauce saved those dry chicken empanada! It really breathed life back into that sad dry chicken and juiced it right on up. So feeling better I went to see what the beef ones had to offer. I took a bite and it was much creamerier and the empanada crust was smoother and it was very enjoyable. But something about that sauce with that chicken got a hold of me and I wanted me. So I ate all the chicken ones with the quickness. Now what me it lose a star for me is the crust on the chicken empanadas. It was presed with a fork and so the edge was too crispy and unpleasant to eat and the chicken was ONLY good with that sauce so......
Read moreI ordered food for my entire staff at our office for the first time from Junior Columbian Burger near UCF. The food was ready on time and still hot when it arrived at the office. Many of our staff have varying dietary preferences and restrictions. We have staff members that are dieting, doing keto, limiting carbs, or other special needs. Basically, we have seven people in the office and everyone likes different things! Our order included several Junior's Burgers, two with beef and one veggie, Lettuce Burgers, one with chicken and one turkey (for our keto and carb-conscious), as well as a Burger Dog and a Junior Dog. Junior Columbian Burger did not disappoint! The food was delicious! We all loved how the burgers and sandwiches were unique and different from a typical burger restaurant. The sauces and potato chips they put on the burgers really set them apart from other places. The spicy sauce we got on the side was so delicious. If you have the craving for a burger, especially if you want something unique and different, we would all highly recommend Junior...
Read moreThe Good: Best burgers near UCF and considering all the options that's no small achievement. The price is extremely modest for what you get, between $7-10 and you'll be stuffed and barely walking. You can mix and match your burgers with chicken breasts at no extra charge, which I think is awesome for those who want extra protein but also want a burger. Also, the variety of house sauces are delicious and the cans of specialty sodas are kind of cool. Service is always great and the place is clean with plenty of parking, plus outdoor seating.
The could be better: The fries are "meh" and a really small portion but considering the size of the burgers this might not be a con. The fountain drinks are very limited and the normal size cup is only about 12 oz but refillable. Seating can feel cramped inside and the outdoor seating is limited. The location is also a bit annoying to get to but so is half of...
