I’ve had a few bad experiences here but nothing compared to what I experienced recently. A relative purchased some food the night before and some of the food items were missing or incorrect. I called the manager to let them know and he told me that if I was there before a certain time that I could bring back the food to exchange it. And when I got there I was basically told in a very rude way to bring my food inside. They did this because I had no receipt Yet I had the food with me. When I went inside I feel like I was treated like a criminal or a thief it was a horrible weird and humiliating situation. The guy I spoke with was very kind of standoffish and they were treating me a certain way as if I was trying to scam them even though I had the food right there with me they were very abrasive and kind of harsh and rude and talking down to me. I was talked down to and I felt like I was treated like a criminal or Thief for something that they messed up on simply because I didn’t have a receipt. I make six figures and my husband makes far more, and was being treated so badly simply because they messed up my order?? This is not acceptable. I was told to come inside rudely and then talked down to in a loud abrasive way. The jerks name was Jed Vaughn.
Normally if Chick-fil-A messes up my order they generally will replace it with no problem I normally don’t have to go inside and be interrogated and treated badly. The person I spoke with was talking down to me and he was very loud about it was very rude it was very embarrassing in front of other people in the restaurant. It’s nice to know that Chick-fil-A humiliates customers whose orders have been messed up. They told me it’s because they have college kids that have been scamming them but that’s not my fault they definitely did not have to take it out on me. In the end I was rudely told to check my order when I didn’t want to check it in the restaurant I wanted to go to my car but I was basically forced to check my order and talked down to which to me was ridiculous. They replaced my order but what I went through was not worth getting my order replaced it was a horrifying experience and I would’ve rather just paid for another order then go through the humiliating ridiculous experience they put me through. This was not about the money they messed up my order. My husband owns houses around the world and is very very well off. I was treated lower than a criminal by these people. The service here is decent but just be careful if they mess up your order then they basically treat you like a criminal and force you to come inside to bring back your food and treat you terribly it was a humiliating and terrible experience and...

To management, I wanted to share my recent experiences for your information: It seems like the last few months you have had to hire a lot of new employees (since I don't see many of the old employees I knew), and so I expected the quality of service to drop for a little bit while you trained the new people. Unfortunately, the new employees are still just not very attentive. I often see them standing around in groups with their backs to customers, having personal conversations, while customers are waiting for assistance at the counter or to have their order taken in the drive-thru. It's difficult to get anyone to acknowledge me waiting at the counter for a refill or sauces, so I usually have to catch one quickly rushing by who is trying not to make eye contact with me. Before, someone would always quickly approach me first with an offer of help, almost as soon as I was standing at the end of the counter. The last several times we have gone, the tables have been dirty across the whole dining room and we have had to ask for our table to be wiped off. One time, they just handed us the wipe and didn't offer to wipe it for us. I have also had items (such as sauces) missing from my order which was very surprising since I don't really recall a time when my order has ever had missing items at any CFA before.
Also, a personal request: I really miss the days when there was always an employee attending the dining room, cleaning and offering refills and help. That was just the cherry on top of coming to CFA. (Bonita was the best, but I haven't seen her in a while.)
Previous review: Great location. The drive thru line is always long, so be prepared. Employees are quick and efficient so it goes pretty fast.
Recently the inside seating has not been as busy as pre-pandemic.
Their fresh flowers are back on tables, such...
Read moreI always tough that the commercials they do about companies with clients are fake. But is not the case with chick-fil-A, I was able to experience how much they care for their customers. Today I visited this location for lunch, as I approached the drive thru and they began to take my order. I realized that I had a car issue that was not allowing me to move the car forward. I began to get nervous because I knew I was going to create an issue for the customers waiting behind me .I told the girl taking the order, she noticed I was getting nervous, so try to keep me calm. She calls 2 other young men working in the drive thru explained the situation. Suddenly I see a group of employees coming towards me, they told me put the car in neutral. The pushed my car to a parking spot ,2 young me stood with me to make sure I was good and finishing my order. The rest of the employees went to work to help the other cars behind me, quick. Soon after one of the young men helping me brought me the food and told me hope everything goes well. I could truly say, this group of employees are superheroes, they care for their customers wellbeing. They are problem solvers, quick thinkers, customer service oriented. They made my day and gave me hope for the future of this nation. Knowing we have this group of young male and female that have sensitive heart and show so much love and care for others. Congratulations guys, you all Rock!! Keep up your amazing work! Thank you, God bless you all. 1 Timothy 4:12 Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith...
