Charming concept, delicious desserts, but off to a rough start. I will give it a while before trying again and perhaps update this review, because I was really looking forward to this spot opening. The interior decor complements a whimsical "Wonderland" vibe but without going the easy, obvious route. The desserts are delicious. The staff members were all friendly and accommodating. There's a nice patio outdoor seating area. The downsides: Bathroom was out of order, which was awkward. This is one of those "bare ceiling" places where there are no ceiling tiles or sound baffles, so even though there was only one other table occupied, it got noisy quickly - don't expect a nice, quiet experience. I had the "Death and Taxes" sundae (a single-scoop sundae at about $10) and while the presentation was attractive, the waffle cone flaring to one side just served to channel the already-melting ice cream to dribble down the front of the glass by the time it was delivered to our table. It was probably started at the same time as the crepe and sat back there waiting and thawing before both were delivered together. The ice cream crepe (which my fellow diner ordered) runs $19.50 (!) -- which might not be so bad if you plan to share. I'll consider that next time, as it's HUGE; it would be nice if there were a more reasonably-portioned option. This place has a great concept, and I'd like to consider it as a "wow" option to treat friends and family for birthdays, etc., but the logistics need a bit of work.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this desert restaurant, and it was an absolute treat! The menu offered an array of delectable desserts that catered to every taste bud. Each bite was a burst of flavor, meticulously crafted and beautifully presented. However, what truly elevated my dining experience was the outstanding service provided by Joseph, our waiter. He greeted us with a warm smile and expertly guided us through the menu, offering valuable suggestions and personalized recommendations. Joseph's attention to detail and genuine passion for the desserts they offered was evident in his enthusiastic explanations and his willingness to accommodate any dietary preferences or allergies. Throughout the evening, Joseph ensured our glasses were never empty and checked in on us at the perfect moments, striking the ideal balance between attentiveness and giving us space to enjoy our desserts and conversations. His professionalism and knowledge of the menu impressed me greatly. Not only was the food and service exceptional, but the restaurant itself had a charming and inviting atmosphere. The soothing background music, cozy seating arrangements, and tasteful decor created a welcoming ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind and indulge in heavenly desserts.

Probably won't come back. While the ice cream itself was fine the atmosphere and experience were underwhelming. There was only one other table when we arrived while you could tell this was probably our waitresses first job she definitely forgot us. I watched the "kitchen" call order up and set our food on the bar when she finally got over to where they set it I watched her lean over talking to the girl behind the counter. She then pulled out her phone to text for a minute, put it back walked around the bar directly past our food (ice cream you can see melting from our seat) to the back and then back again. Another table walks in and she goes to help them...realizes our food is on the counter tells us she will get it in a minute and went back and forth to grab the other table water before finally bringing it over. Normally I wouldn't care it's not the end of the world...but by the time the food got to us the waffle and crepe were both cold and the ice cream was melted. For 40 bucks definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Ehhh... it's good, but not $15.00 good. I mean I get it, some places over price their items to give the customers the appearance that the food will be out of this world amazing. Now don't get me wrong the Cake (chocolate cake) was good, moist, flavorful, and good portion. But I mean come on... it's not $15.00 good, and even then I'd probably be ok with paying that much if it was baked fresh daily at location, but supposedly according to the girl that took my order; is they are shipped in frozen from NY and then thawed out, I'd maybe pay 10 bucks for that slice again. It's been a bit of a growing trend recently in Orlando to go with the Disney pricing theme, where if they charge way more than what an item is worth the customer will think it has to be good if they're going to price it that high in the first place. All and all not that disappointed with the cake it was good, but again not $15.00 good. Especially considering for a bit of a drive more you can go to Gideons Bake house .. now that's a Theme dessert shop, and amazing cakes all delicious and for literally half the price. Also please don't do a copy paste response to this like you seem to do with all other reviews, was one of the reasons I was hesitant to try this place if you just slap on a generic response to customers experiences, or AI bot it, if that's the case just don't respond at all. Clean store, nice lighting, Alice in wonderland theme was unique and quaint, servers look and act professional, just trim down the prices a bit and you'll get a lot...

So our first experience was not the best. the atmosphere was really unique and pleasant, and what i ordered was very good(didn't realize how large the portions were, so don't eat before going, unless you intend to share), but my sister ordered a cake/ice cream combo. Something about it was tasting off and she soon realized the chocolate drizzle over the whole thing had this weird sour flavor. I tasted it too and was taken aback by that strange sour taste. Even my boyfriend thought it had a weird taste, even though he was able to finish his cheesecake. My sister asked if she could swap out the cake(since the drizzle soaked into it), but she could still finish the ice cream. The manager at the time told our waitress that because my sister was still eating the ice cream that she couldn't get a replacement cake... which we thought was odd.... we didn't get mad at the waitress and she was very apologetic, but not letting my sister swap out the cake for one without the drizzle on it would have been the best way to take care of a customer. Especially if there was something wrong with that chocolate topping... it did not taste right at all... so, since the cake and ice cream are not cheap, my sister just tried to scrape off the chocolate drizzle as best she could and bring it home to her husband so she wasn't wasting her money.

besides that it's a really cute date spot, so my boyfriend and i will probably be back. we're just going to wait a bit for the chocolate topping to run out and we don't get it from the...
