Five Guys — Restaurant in Alafaya

More than likely will not utilize the online order feature in the future. My order was suppose to be done at 12:15pm to pick up and yes the sandwiches were done placed in a bag near the fry station. I stood there and multiple orders were called out the worker just looked at me and went back over to the fry station with no acknowledgement. Ten minutes went by. It got to the point where I just asked is my order ready yet?!?! She then had her coworker make the milkshake ok great now were moving... but then the girl at the fry station STILL proceeds to fill four other bags with fries welp now she has to drop more fries. I didnt leave out of the building until 12:40pm, now I am stuck with two cold burgers and hot fries. In the midst of all this, there wasnt any social distancing being practice (hence why i ordered prior).Im interested to see how curbside would of even worked if there wasnt any sense of urgency with someone standing right in...

Arrived at this particular Five Guys on my way back to the yard as this was one of the few places open at such a time, and the service/attitude I received was subpar. While waiting for my order, a woman came in and headed to the front to order. Not to judge, but she was on the bulkier side and well over six feet tall. This caught the attention of a few employees who were acting like they were "working." I saw some stare and turn to each other and snicker about this lady and was appalled by their actions. I wouldn't date to know what they were saying, but it was obvious it was about her. As the woman waited for her order, they continued to do said actions, and I took to Google immediately to inform others that this Five Guys is not Trans/gender neutral friendly. Staff was not friendly at all. Gentleman was annoyed when we informed him we paid for a bacon burger and there was no bacon. We waited for them to replace it with a new batch (which could explain why they left out the bacon- instead of asking us to wait a bit for bacon being prepped). They did provide some in an aluminum tray, but the burger wasn't hot at this time. Soda machine tray was a mess. Sofa liquid spilled all over. They could be cleaned at some point every hour or so. Tables (booth tables) hadn't been wiped down either. You had to wipe one down yourself if you wanted to sit there. Food was expensive for what it is.
