I will not be returning to this location and probably will never eat another McDonald's meal! I went into the Lake Underhill McDonald's, because it my neighborhood location and I was at work without eating for an entire shift. I ordered my food and sat down for over 20 mins before returning to the front counter to check my family's order. My Big Mac was the only thing on the tray. I told the cashier I ordered my food exactly 16mins ago and was wondering when the food would be expected. The cashier said, " I'll have your food as soon as I can our drive,-tru is full"! I looked and there was 2 cars in the drive-tru at the time with several McDonald's crew members in the back. I sat with my family another 20mins then returned to the front counter asking for the food I paid for. The Big Mac was still on the tray with no other items. I asked the cashier what was taking the food so so long she said, "I told you earlier the drive-tru was full!" The manager came over to the counter and asked, "whats going on with his order". I told him I've been waiting over 35mins for the food I paid for. He looked at the tray with Big Mac and proceeded to give me the sandwich from the tray that had been there for my entire 35mins wait. I told him I would not except the cold sandwich and he asked the cook to remake the Big Mac. I turned to go back to sit with my family and one of the workers walks in the back with a few big bags of Olive Garden she was in a managers outfit. I sat with my family and they were ready to just spend the time to go to the Gator Dockside restraunt located in the same plaza to 'Save Time!', but we decided to wait. We waited 48 mins for our 4 meals and a worker brought the food to me as I came out the bathroom. Like he was going to bring the tray of food to me in the restroom! I told the McDonald's employee, "the wait was too long and the customer service was too short, so please get your manager"! Theworker looked at me and said, "it's the drive-tru not me"! I told him, "I'm not picking you out, but the experience today was not good and please get your manager"! He walked to the back and told his manager something, but all I heard was the manger screaming, "I don't give a f@$#"! The lady that brought the Olive Garden bag was laughing, so hard she had tears. I sat with my family finished my meal and returned to the cashier and asked, " why hasn't a manager come over to speak to me at my table". The cashier tells me without physically going to ask him to address my concerns and she says, " he's too busy to come to the counter at the moment"! I sat for a few more minutes to see if management would address my concern and while i waited looked up the Eastern President of McDonald's Mario Barbosa to share my concern, but if this store is a reflection of him I don't think I want him to know much about me... Nevertheless, I left feeling unheard, undervalued and unappreciated along side with my family tonight and the childhood love I had for McDonald's...

I have grown accustomed to having items in my to go/drive-thru order wrong or missing from this location. Because of that, I have gotten into the habit of checking my bag before I leave. Today I went inside and placed my order at one of the self-service kiosks. Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin and 3 chicken biscuits. A man who ordered after me started asking where his mcmuffin was and complaining that it was taking too long. I waited around 20 minutes for my order. Looked in my bag, saw 3 sandwiches and didn't remember that I should have had 4 until I was halfway home. Turned around and went back. Went in and explained that I was missing a chicken biscuit. I was met with suspicion and asked to explain what happened (twice). Nobody apologized or offered me anything to make up for the mistake. They just brought me the chicken biscuit. So I drove home, unwrapped the sandwiches with my hungry kids and found that I had 4 chicken biscuits. One of them was incorrectly wrapped as the mcmuffin that i wanted. Perhaps they gave it to that voca, complaining customer I mentioned. I tried calling the store, but the phone just rang and rang. After angrily driving back to McD's with my receipt, the manager refunded my money for just the mcmuffin meal. She asked where the food was and I told her I left it at home so my kids could eat. Again, no apology. She just acted annoyed with ME after they messed up twice. Final straw for me. I won't be back and I urge others to seek other fast food options. McDonald's used to be something I enjoyed, but this place has turned it into nothing but...
Read moreI stop at McDonalds once a week, on way home from work, 4:30. On several occasions, I order the 10 piece Chicken McNuggets, which comes with your "choice of sauces". I've always requested Tartar sauce & never had a problem until today. The counter person told me I can't have tartar sauce on the McNuggets, saying "you can't eat them with tartar sauce, you have to pick from barbecue or honey mustard". When I said I had always gotten them, she demanded to know who was giving them to me, asking me what day & time I come in so she could talk to that person. She said she would make an exception 1 time & asked me how many I wanted. I asked how many sauces come with the 10 piece & she said 2, but you can have as many as you want. I said 3, which is what I always ask for. She said ok & then gave me 1. I asked her about the other 2 & she said they were 30 cents each. You advertise "hand crafted" sandwiches & I've heard the staff say many times, "we can do that". An example, I like my fries crispy & they prepare them with no salt & ask me how many times I want them put down (2). Don't talk to me in a condescending manner & tell me what I can eat!
Lastly, I ordered a shake to go with my meal from the display menu over the counter. It was showing the green, minty Shamrock Shake. I look forward to these every year. The same woman told me they weren’t selling them, it was only to “create anticipation”. So you are deliberately misleading customers on what’s available, then tell them you’re not selling it, and hope they will switch to another beverage? I call that “bait and switch”, which happens to be...
