Starbucks — Restaurant in Alafaya

Twice this week my coffee has been wrong and just nasty. The 1st time I waited 15 mins past what the mobile tracker said. No problem it was busy so I understand, however after waiting that long and running late to my appointment because of this my name gets called. There is just a little bit of ice and the cold foam is just not foam it’s liquid. I understand busy but if you can’t execute when busy then how are the workers qualified, it’s coffee not rocket science. I took the coffee because the lady behind the counter said sorry we’re busy like that was an excuse for my coffee being made wrong but clearly she wasn’t going to fix it and I was already late.Now this morning same thing I put it in the mobile app and almost immediately it says order in progress so imagine my surprise when I get to the store and it’s not ready for me. Then I get asked the order and the coffee gets handed to me, warm absolutely no ice and again the foam just liquid sitting on top. Today was not busy so not sure what the excuse was. Horrible and that’s sad because it’s just coffee. I will not be going back and will find a new Starbucks to be...

You can get a coffee... That's key... The staff is good... But there are risks to your health by stopping here.

1. The place has no ceiling installed so the entire place is an echoey mess. Creates really bad energy and is a bad study environment. The students who sit at this Starbucks are just bored and lonely. If that vespr coffee place across the street didn't sell such trash coffee, I'd recommend they go there instead. Maybe buy Starbucks and go sit and study in vespr. Or just buy coffee and leave and study at campus, you're paying for access... 2 cents.

2. There are undercover cops that poke around there looking for loner demographics to follow and stalk while they shop in the waterford mall areas. What they do is very questionable. You'll know them when you see them, they're not very covert at all. Get followed and it kills the spirit of the day, because they find reasons to bump into you as make believe strangers while shopping. It's absolutely bizarre, and will make you feel really...

This place is terrible. The barista who took my order just stared at me with a look of disgust while I was deciding on my food, and then when I ordered my drink she got annoyed because I didn't tell her the size first. SORRY, I know you need to know which cup to grab but it was an honest mistake. There is limited seating and I was there to work so when my laptop died and I realized I had no plugs near me, I had to just leave. Probably the worst part is that a really sketchy patron came up to me, got physically close to me, TOUCHED ME, would not leave me alone, and I kept trying to make eye contact with/get the attention of the staff for help but they were of no use. He walked up to me three times and I kept politely asking him to leave; it was obvious that we were not together and that I wanted nothing to do with him and that he was making me uncomfortable, but the staff did nothing.
