Had a great experience until I never got my refund from sunglass hut. I returned sunglasses because I ended up finding a different pair. They sent me my receipt confirming return and a week or two later I noticed I never receive the refund. They told me to deal with the bank, so I did. The bank told me to deal with sunglass hut so I did. They were pointing fingers back and forth until we realized it was sunglass hut accounting mistake. SH still believes the transaction went through when my bank and I can see that it has not. Wouldn’t be writing this review but I know this is probably a super rare glitch. I thoroughly believe in establishing a connection with a business and maintaining that relationship with said business. That being said, this is THE Sunglass Hut I go to whenever I'm interested in adding another frame to my wardrobe, or a simple adjustment for my current pairs. The staff is incredible. But I'd like to specifically commend Steevy, who is there 9/10 times I visit. She is incredibly helpful and honest in her suggestions and opinions. Not to mention attentive and kind. All qualities that are very rare when shopping retail. Seeing her and the staff is always a treat.
