Got a gas in Okemos Dunkin donuts and checked the receipt. For regular gas they charged me as for 95. I went inside the store and asked what was that. The supervisor tall, big, young man said that receipt showed 003 that means I got 95. I asked how it happened because I pushed 87 button. His answer was: "I am not saying you are lying but the receipt says you got a premium gas." He mentioned it happens sometimes m "You probably pushed 95 button with a hose". But I know exactly what button I pushed. There were no excuses. He just did not care. I left. Then I realized he got my receipt. I came back and asked my receipt and a phone number of his manager. He said he can call a manager and talk to him. He went to his office and talk to a manager behind the closed door. Then he came back and said:" Nothing we can do." One more time there were no excuses. I asked his manager phone number. He said he can't give it to me but he took my name and a phone number stating that a manager will call me next day. I asked if he can call after 3 pm because I'm a night shift nurse and have a few shifts in a row. He said:"No. Manager will be here from 9 am to 1 pm." I was surprised why he can't call after 3 pm. "You live a good life, I see." Of course, manager have never called. I just want to say :" Beware! How many times we are getting a gas in a hurry, never checking receipts, or charges? Read moreI’m a HUGE fan of the Dunkin mobile app. I use it all the time (almost every day and sometimes multiple times per day) at my normal location at Holt Rd. Due to recent weather event resulting in a power outage I decided to give this location a try. Boy was I disappointed. I ordered online as normal and pulled up a few minutes later to retrieve my order. Some locations have a dedicated mobile order lane and some don’t but regardless whenever I’ve ordered through the mobile app, I never stop at the speaker (in fact, it’s not encouraged). At this location though, it’s definitely an issue. Upon reaching the window (no cars behind us) the woman asked who the order was for. I gave the name and she replied (quite curtly) that the next time I needed to stop at the speaker and announce that I was there before proceeding to the window; she was thoroughly irritated. The manager, standing right behind her laughed and said loudly “Damn, I guess you told them!” And continued laughing. Totally unacceptable to anyone let alone a frequent Dunkin customer. I should not have to feel shamed and embarrassed for using a mobile app and following the norms from other locations. These two should not be working in customer service if they’re going to have a attitude. To make matters worse, they didn’t even prepare the order correctly. I will NOT return to this location again.
