Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Alaiedon Township

Save yourself the headache and just go to the one on Grand River. I've tried twice now going to this location, problem is when the store opens, at 10am according to Google and their sign......they aren't ready and won't start taking orders. Pulled up at 10am, sat for 4 or 5 minutes with no service so I figured maybe they needed a few more minutes to pull bread out or something so I pulled around and parked. Someone else pulled up and I assumed they were ordering so I pulled back around, quickly followed by 2 or 3 more cars behind me. The car in front of me drive off, I sat until 10:22 before driving off. I even tried calling to see what was up since you I could clearly see workers in there, suprise they wouldn't answer the phone either. Horrible customers service, at least have the decency to let customers know your running behind opening or waiting on bread etc. Biggest problem is this has happened twice, seems like they are slacking on showing up for work on time to...

Ordered on the app to receive $5 off (I was with my hungry 3 and 4 year old when I came in and we came here for something quick). They had one in shop customer who was in and out. They acknowledged my order, and I still had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. They were able to get 3 in shop people in and out before I finally went up and asked to cancel, and then my sandwiches were done. Not freaky fast. Very disappointed. I am a very frequent visitor and have worked at several jimmy John’s in my past. Sandwiches should be done within 1 minute- not over 20- especially when they knew I was there with 2 kids.

I think they are adding way too much to their menu and getting away from what Jimmy John’s truly is.

We have also had past experiences where they screwed up our sandwiches completely- forgetting all the toppings, giving us someone else’s order, etc. This location needs to get it together. Maybe send corporate to do some...

Went in today around 530 PM (Sunday 10/26). The staff were worked up about something, swearing and dealing with some drama. I ordered a Vito picklewich to try out. The rewards option wasn't working and the cashier could not figure it out. The kids working there were very distracted and got my order wrong. They were friendly toward me and other patrons though, just not focused on making food. When I got home I realized they gave me a tuna salad sandwich instead of what I ordered. Took a bite and tossed it out. The picklewitch was almost $9. Not good value for the amount of food you get compared to their regular sandwiches. If looking for a low carb option the unwitch is a much better value. I dont see this being a very popular option moving forward. I dont forsee going back to this JJ location in the future....
