I don't expect much from fast food, you go when you haven't gone grocery shopping and don't have time to go make a meal at home between work, or whatever it is. it's not meant to be great, and mistakes happen. This location just happens to be really sub-par even by those standards. I've been here 5-6 times over the last year and they've never actually put sauce in my bag, even after a few reminders, or a request for extra. If you try to open your bag at the window to check they assure you "if you asked for it then it's in there" the whole process lengthened by the stickers they often use to seal em up now. you end up just parking and going inside for a handful of sauce. There's no breakfast menu here (not rating for that but just a heads up) and of the handful of times I've been there, once gave a coworker and I food poisoning 8-10 months ago, and twice they've been out of lettuce and tomato before noon somehow. I go to taco bell expecting to spend 5-10 bucks and have a half correct meal, and still leave pretty disappointed even then. Standards low enough the bar is practically ground-level in hell, and this location is still playing limbo with it. additional star because they have fire sauce inside and the food would be inedible without it since there's no lettuce or...
Read moreFood was okay, staff made me uncomfortable. I went through the drive through yesterday and I will not come back here. At the drive through the guy asked if I wanted to round up my total for some charity. I couldn't even understand what he said the name of the charity was, but I said no thank you. He said "excuse me?" And I said, "I said no." Then he rounded up my total anyway and told me to pull forward. I thought maybe he couldn't understand me through the speaker, so I just pulled up and explained that my work covers my expenses but I can't donate to charities with their money. He took it off but was basically gridding his teeth and spoke to me in a disgruntled tone the rest of the time. I worry he could have messed with my food in some way based on the way he seemed to judge me, but it seemed fine as far as I could tell. So, today, I went to Arby's (I live 1,000+ miles away so I have to eat out for every meal while I'm on the road, which is why my work pays for it). Nice place, nice staff there, and great food that tasted very fresh. I'll probably go back to the Arby's. It's very close by to this Taco Bell, too. It's basically just on the other side of the...
Read moreI did give this resturaunt 5 stars but after what I experienced yesterday I have to take them back. I ordered 2 loaded grillers add chipotle and a large drink. The cashier seemed to be rushing me and there was one person infront of me and one person behind I get that fast food is meant to be fast I personally work at fast food myself as a drive thru cashier so I understand the need to be fast. Well we pulled up and I asked to make sure they didnt forget to add chiptole Im a very understanding person if you mess up my order I completely understand its hard to hear out of the mics sometimes I get that. But he added it on at the window and then him and others proceeded to talk bad about me with the window open. Im really considering not coming back there after my experience. On the website it states that they close at 12, I came around 11:05 and was told they were closed. If this is how you are going to run your business, I will not spending another dime here, you have officially lost my business and I hope that anyone who has also dealt with the people Ive dealt with there have gotten better service than me....
