Well the locations that I do go to happened to give great service and even with long lines are unusually very fast and accurate... The employees on ship are usually very monotone or just jaded to the point to where I feel as if I'm not even allowed to open my bag to check my order up before I drive away... granted I said my orders are usually quite accurate but there has been times where I just didn't even ask for a straw for a drink that I did not receive, napkins, ketchup or even just you no more catch up cuz I didn't get enough simply because I felt like I was a bother. Or I was intruding on their routine. In fact I asked for extra dipping sauces for chicken nuggets once and was told I needed to pay extra for him which was fine I totally understood because I don't expect items for free when I'm asking for them in invoque, because I my condiments! LOL but when I said all that's fine no problem and where'd you go pull out the money the lady almost looked shocked that I actually wanted to pay for them rather than just say nevermind and drive off because she said you know what you can just have them because in order for you to pay for them you would have to drive all the way around and order them and pay it at the first window?!?! Really?! Is that much of an inconvenience for you to walk literally like four steps to the register for the dine in customers and bring up my sauces for me? To the point to where I have to drive all the way around the building and get back in line to do so? I think I was probably the first customer she had encountered but really didn't mind paying extra for and exuberant amount of sauces... It was almost as if it was a recording she told me how much they were and then turned her back to walk off as if I was going to say you know what that's okay nevermind I don't need them I'm not going to pay for each additional sauce... But when I said okay she stopped and turned around with the look on her face as if I literally had just insulted her mother or children?! LOL but other than that...
Read moreThis place takes the "FAST" out of Fastfood🙄. The place was DEAD inside NO CUSTOMERS so why the drive tru took so long I have no idea.
First the line took forever...this was at around 4pm...when I finally got up to the menu I was asked to wait! Several minutes late the girl came back on and took our order, not a big order 3 burgers fries and drinks...two of the burgers I asked for shredded lettuce (that they charge 30 cents per sandwich🙄). I pull around and continue to wait...finally I get to the window and I'm WAITING again for my food 😡...so far it's been 10 mins...the girl hands me the drinks and the lids aren't on correctly so one almost spills everywhere and the girl apologizes. Finally after 15 mins...."15 MINUITES!"...we get out food. We check the back and everything looks good so we bolt. We get home open the bag and...WTH...NO SHREDDED LETUCE! I check the ticket...sure enough ADD SHREDDED LETTUCE 30 CENTS CHARGED! I call the store...fax machine😡...I call again...Fax machine...after trying for another 5 mins...finally a girl named Vanessa answers (supposedly a manager) with a "WHAT!" Are you kidding me!
Customer service has gone out the window! I'll be reporting this to McDonalds corporation...
Read moreThey left items off my order and discontinued the mcnuggetts two for one deal. When I contacted McD HQ per their website about the missing items they asked for proof of purchases, twice, and when it was supplied, THEN, they decided it was the franchises problem, despite the credit card going to McD. They said the fanchise would contact me which, of course, they did not. When I went into the store about it they told me to go to web and fill that out...when I told them that I did, they said, Oh, well we don't give refunds for orders completed. Which, of course, it was not. They then told me there was nothing they would do. This place has been going downhill, I recommend avoiding them....OK, now your reply says to fill out the feedback form to investigate further. If you read my original complaint you can see I already did this and was brushed off to the local resturant who never responded. I am not filling this out again with all the same information yet again for no reason. Check what I already sent you and what I already clarified. Good grief...incredibly...
