I always give my business to small businesses. But i will never come back. We waited at the first window for 10 minutes and no one opened the window. So we drove down to the second window and waited another 7 minutes before a young lady opened the window. She then informed us that they take orders at the first window only (by the way there is no signage indicating that there is a window for orders only) and we would have to drive around get back in line and place our order at the first window. We informed her we had waited there for 10 minutes and no one had come. She said they only take orders at the first window, rather rudely. So we said thank you and left. Usually every time I go I usually have a good experience but day I went through the drive-through and while I was ordering my usual order a white Irish and breakfast croissant but they weren’t serving breakfast and because I am visually impaired I asked the barista if she could please tell me what they had for lunch and her response was everything is on the menu and proceeded to give me attitude.
