LMD MICHELANDIA DRIVE THRU — Restaurant in Alamo

People need to be more understanding with these small business who provide a great product like LMD, the people that run these establishments from cooks to cashiers all have their own personal dilemmas on top of the dilemmas that the business and its owners themselves have.( it can’t always be perfect/ it’s not a perfect world) I have been to countless different drive throughs (including Palma azul and others) for micheladas and I’m always over charged and get a mediocre product in my opinion for the product that I receive, plus all the stuff that that LMD has on their menu is definitely prepared if not to order, in small batches. I’m very satisfied with LMD and I will return any chance I get, the sides you give with the micheladas are amazing! And the other snacks as well! I hope your business thrives...

I stopped by on Friday 11/22 and I tried ordering a mango paleta which they have on their menu and the lady came off kinda rude saying we don’t have it so I ordered Italian ice creams and a rusa then she asked me to move forward I waited like for 15 min that was not the problem, then I saw her coming with my order I thought she would hand it to me on my side of the window which she didn’t I guess she didn’t wanted to walk to my side so she just handed out to my daughter on the passenger side my daughter is 10 and she saw my daughter was struggling to carry the tray and she didn’t care and she said agarralo bien in a very rude way and I said thank you she just ignored us and walked away, snacks are delicious but customer service sucks...

Highly unprofessional and rude staff, would not recommend buying from this place. Plenty of more well mannered staff in other drive thrus. Edit: Apparently they also go and stalk personal profiles and information on people leaving reviews since there’s no one else on this review list with my last name, how would they know that specific information.
