We met the owners, Tori & Gary, they were so friendly and did a great job of explaining the menu and showing us pictures of the food before ordering. They were very considerate of our time as the lobster takes a few minutes to prepare. We agreed to wait (it wasn’t even that long, tbh) and it was TOTALLY worth it! We had the king crab mac ‘n’ cheese. It was a huge portion and the crab to mac ratio was spot on & the macaroni was creamy. Then, we had the buffalo chicken egg rolls. They were packed with flavor and just the right amount of cheesy. The sauce it came with was tangy and spicy, super addictive! The belle of the ball was definitely the fried lobster tail! It was meaty, tender, juicy, and the spices complemented it so well. It didn’t even need butter! The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned.

The food was great! I got the “Single Bag”. It had 10 shrimp and half a pound of crab with corn on cob, sausages and potatoes. I will recommend this place to anyone. I had it at “The Eatery” food park in Weslaco. The crab was my favorite, it reminded me of Louie’s Backyard. Sorry no picture of the food I ate it up before I had a chance. Also the food staff checked on us multiple times to see if we needed napkins or anything else. Service it top notch!

We had so much fun at this local food truck park, but the highlight for me was the Shrimp Bag. Everything in the bag was cooked to perfection and finger licking good. I was advised to eat it right out of the bag instead of pouring it out which worked out fine because I was able to roll the bag down into a bowl shape and then dunk each bite into the delicious sauce. From the looks of the crowd here, most people were enjoying “The Bag.”

So the other day I ordered the basket which was our fave. But this day for some reason the man who made our food and gave us the order, had an attitude. When we got the food we said our thanks and had also requested for extra ketchup. He replied with, “their in the plate”. So we thought, “perfect! The man knew we needed extra ketchup.” NOPE! We opened the plate and no extra ketchup at all, just ONE! And the fish, astonishingly small, so small they literally looked like shrimp! But they were just very tiny fish! Barely anything! And the fries! Terrible man! Just tasted like Walmart frozen fries. What happened to that unique seasoning? There’s no seasoning this time but they had a taste last time I was here and the fish were a good decent size before! So we haven’t been there since. Which is a shame because we loved this place and the basket. $15 was worth it to me, and we don’t even live in the area we live towns away but we made the trip because of how good it was. But since we have now found a new place that sells great fish and fries, we will for sure never be coming back to this place.

That man was so rude, and the fact he decided to make us shrimp sized fish AND serve it to us, blows my mind. The lady owner is so nice, and she remembered us from previous times however she was not here that day but if she was I am sure she would have prevented this incident from happening.

So, I loved this place. You should try the basket,if the lady is there. Their fries are superb when they are made with their special seasoning. And the fish when rightly portioned and not shrimp sized,...

I was shocked to see a food truck that did seafood boils. Went 2 hours before closing and was told he didn’t have any crab legs but some little pieces. I said ok! Was charged full price $47 but didn’t get the full order. I still have a tip. He gave we extra shrimp and extra corn. Which I didn’t eat! The bag was heavy. Open it to eat and it lacked flavor. Like where’s the chunks of garlic and spices. Just look like orange oil. I was very disappointed because I wanted to be able to brag to my friends about a food truck that had seafood boil. Nope!!! Won’t be any of that. I didn’t even take a...
