Subway — Restaurant in Alamo

Worst experience at a Subway, I placed an online order. I arrived to pick it up and every item that I had asked to be placed on my sandwich was missing. I called the local Subway and spoke with Celeste, she placed me on hold and transferred me to a lady I can only assume was a store manager or supervisor, as I explained what happened, she placed me on hold again and came back 5 minutes later stating she reviewed her cameras and that everything I asked for was placed on the sandwich! Horrible. Its obvious there is no pride in work. Drinks never have flavor. Sandwiches are so difficult to order as the speaker system sounds like you are talking to a bull underwater. I have tried over and over because I like subway and this is a short drive from home. I would rather drive 15-20 min to another subway just to get a good meal. If you value time money and not having to strain your hearing DO NOT GO HERE. Manager has been told and nothing changes. If I could I would give -5 stars. I give up not going back. Went during my lunch to get my food, waited 25 minutes in line. They're drive through machine is not updated so i usually just wait till i get to the window to order the correct bread. This time a RUDE girl which is supposably one of the managers said my order was ready and she couldn't remake it for me. Her tone was so rude. It's unacceptable. I litterally wasted all my lunch in their line and still left empty handed. Subway should really consider who they hire. It's not the first time i have issues at this location.
