What was supposed to be a five star review ended up becoming a one star all thanks to the owner Anahi. I came across their page on Facebook and saw they were selling flowers wholesale since they were a small business I wanted to go and support them. I had placed an order a couple weeks prior to Valentine’s Day. The workers were super friendly and helpful, I had called to see if I can pick up a portion of some flowers I ordered and the girl on the phone said yes it was fine even once I was in the shop the owners mother said yes again since I had given half the amount which gave me more assurance that it was no problem. Then comes the day before Valentines. I went to go pick up the rest of my order to which they ended up telling me that a certain color of flowers hadn’t come in that day Which I understand it’s a busy holiday things happen ,so I asked if I can switch them out to a different color and they said yes I was already in my truck to leave when I realized I was missing one more pack of flowers. That was when the owner had arrived, I explained what I was missing and she then came off super rude and basically told me that they gave me “everything “ I ordered, and said there wasn’t anything she can do. For some reason she was bothered that I had already went to go pick up a portion of flowers and said that was not allowed to which literally two of her workers said it was FINE. 5 mins after I left I called her to see if she can go over my order again to be sure and again super un professional and rude with a whole LOT of attitude. Seems like she doesn’t care for other small businesses like myself. But she knows what...

Don’t do much of these but Exiquisite Desings deserves one. You ladies are amazing! Starting with your customer service which totally makes you feel at home and cared for. You dedicate your time to ask questions to help us create an arrangement. Your dedication is admirable! To the work you do… you have left me speechless… just with the invitation we showed you, you were able to create such a beautiful bouquet for my sister and she loved it! Nothing less, also helped us and reminded us about the groom too lol and created a simple but elegant arrangement for him to match which he loved also. And the tossing bouquet, just wow… again, speechless! Within everything very affordable and prices are reasonable. I will for sure be coming back! Thank you so much! I 100% recommend to all! This place offers great customer service and BEAUTIFUL arrangements! I’ve purchased several arrangements from them and they haven’t disappointed. Always punctual for pickup time. Last arrangement I bought I asked for 1 sunflower to be added (this wasn’t originally included in the agreement & price) and I was willing to pay for it but the owner and her mother were so great and added 2 at no extra charge! I’ll definitely continue getting...
