I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to the wash where Juan Torres was working, and I have to say the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the very beginning, juan impressed me with his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly personality. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, but Juan is exactly that kind of person.

Not only did he greet me with a warm and respectful attitude, but he also carefully listened to my concerns about a few stubborn spots on my car. Many times at other car washes, I’ve felt like my car was rushed through, but juan went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. He treated my vehicle as if it were his own, giving it a level of care and attention that really stood out.

When the job was finished, my car looked absolutely spotless—inside and out. The exterior had a perfect shine, the windows were crystal clear, and the interior was fresh and spotless. Juan even took the time to point out a few tips for keeping my car cleaner for longer, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who doesn’t just do their job, but actually goes above and beyond to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

The owner of this establishment was super rude and unsympathetic could not wait 10 minutes before calling rec to tow vehicle when law enforcement suggested the vehicle could remain where it was parked till 12 noon Tow tried to charge 125$ to leave vehicle where it was at was compassionate enough to wait without being charged off but owner of this establishment was being rude and apparently appeared agitated cause tow was taking too long to tow my vehicle after stating I’m living off it and it was just a minor accident over night due to a dead car battery where law enforcement was involved now I’m stuck with a charge off 320! Over all employees did their best in their hands to handle the situation they were even scared of loosing their own job for being sympathetic of the situation Alamo has been my city for years and I’ve never ran into a manager or owner of an establishment to be so inhumane and rude of a situation out of...
