Rozie's Bakery — Restaurant in Alamogordo

Was visiting my sister from out of state and was looking at local places to get a treat—so excited to find a bakery!! We went right before closing and I’m so glad we made it! It’s a totally family run business and opened less than two months ago. Their prices are way too low, so go load up on delicious m&m cookies! I hope they raise their prices in time, until then, leave a good tip ;). While I loved my cookies, I was shocked at how good their strawberry macaroons were. I’m not a big macaroon fan, but this was left me regretting I didn’t get more. The filling had a surprise jam/compote addition you couldn’t see before biting into it and it was the best macaroon I’ve ever had—and I’ve had them from Laduree in Paris and New York :). My wife and I commonly crave this bakery. They're consistently delicious and the customer service is always great! When we are out of town we will try and get some treats from other places and say "it's not Rozie's." Seriously, the best place on town to get good quality baked treats. Also, very very affordable! Some bakery's can get very expensive but me and my wife will splurge some and still be shocked by how cheap it is. Everyone should support this...

We sampled a good variety of their goods and were very pleased by the quality. We especially liked the Cherry Coke macaroons -- I know it sounds weird, but trust us and give them a try!

The owner and her daughter are also very friendly and eager to get feedback from their customers so they can continue improving and providing top shelf products. Highly recommended. Certainly a great place to stop by and get a nice treat for...
