BB's Coffee Shop Old Seward — Restaurant in Alaska

My perkup coffee stand closed down so I've been trying to find a new spot close by. Both times serious disappointment. BB's is Burn Beans, coffee taste like they haven't cleaned the equipment. I gave it two separate days a try maybe its an off day. Also found it weird to charge me full price for half the espresso content. Fappe 24 oz is 4 shots I wanted 2 only. Still charge the full 6 for it. Only coffee place I've ever been to that charged me for 4 shots of espresso when I asked and get 2. Between that and the coffee being burnt. Nawwwww. Gonna be a hard pass form me. Worth the drive to perkups other...

I've only been here 3x. The first time I ordered a hot chocolate and I was fairly disappointed because it tasted like pure sweet vanilla and I like my hot chocolate to taste like chocolate. The 2nd time I ordered a caramel macchiato and it was amazing and much better then the starbucks version. The 3rd time I ordered the macchiato again but this time it tasted like any other macchiato anywhere else, which was fairly disappointing again. The girls who work there are sweet but we'll see...

Love this coffee hut! The baristas were super friendly. I visited during December and they had tons of Christmas flavors to choose from! I got the gingerbread latte and it was superb. My husband got the classic vanilla latte. If you like your lattes less sweet, I would ask for half the syrup, that’s what I did and it still was sweet with good flavor. The coffee is smooth and delicious! Can’t wait to come back for another...
