Burger King — Restaurant in Alaska

I thought this restaurant was going to be cool but I quickly learned otherwise fairly quickly. After ordering our food, my girlfriend and I used the ladies room to wash up before our meal. Since I was the last one out, I came out to over hear the employees gathered around the front doors snickering and laughing loud to one another about my friend who walked out of the bathroom trailing toilet paper on her shoe unbeknownst to her. Not realizing yet every thing that they said and did had been watched by me until the last second and they noticed me as I strolled past them. To make matters worse, while cleaning up our table before sitting down with some antibacterial wipes I came across a freaking BEDBUG in our booth!! Before we sat down again, I made sure everything was bedbug free. After eating and finishing our meal, we then felt like we were rushed out of the building. And this was approximately 5-6pm. They were still open for sure. Or should have been. Probably will be sticking to...

Had a friend to pick up my meal, got it back to the house, and there were jalapeños and other things that I did not order. Manager answer the phone and said I was being hostile to him when I was clearly upset about the order. He explained that they are training a bunch of people and mistakes happen. Offered to replace my burger, but I had to come down and get it. make sure you double check the order especially when they’re training a bunch of people because they ain’t gonna be watching them to make sure that they’re doing it correctly. PS my friend who had the receipt had to go back and get my burger remade they made it wrong again this time it had no vegetables on it at all even though I wanted lettuce, and tomato and asked for it specifically again. Once again, this place will never make anything correctly. And they will not monitor even a screwed up order to make sure they absolutely get it right. They’re slogan should be “you’ll take...

Asked if they had the tacos, and they acted like I was an alien. Asked if another BBKing has them close by and again acted rude. Then I got the kids something because I felt bad and was in line. There is no way to get out of the line unless u drive completely through. Anyways....long story short, the BBKing on 63rd has the tacos less than a mile away. I'm not going back to this one....this wasn't the first time there over the years. But I'm done. The staff at this one, which changes by the day, is never happy...it's chronic. It must be a higher up issue at this location, which is my guess or something is in the air there. I'm not a big fan of BBKing anyway, but the kids like a treat here and there. Don't go to this one. I promise you they will get the order wrong and have an attitude the whole time. There is a reason they are cheap. Do yourself and your gut a favor and drive 4mins down the road to...
