I’ve never had an issue until today. I just went through and the woman who rang me up didn’t hand over the card reader like they usually do. Instead, she took it upon herself to select the 25% tip option and finish the charge. I’ve probably been to that location 50+ times and never thought this would happen. Will dispute the charge when it comes through. And for this to have happened when they shorted me by omitting things from my from my drink too. Poor business practice.

I didn’t say anything at the time because I honestly couldn’t imagine that’s what she could have done and I wasn’t driving. I will be sure to stop and demand the reader from now on.

Sooooooooooo I was there today Thursday April 16th, 2020 around 4:30 pm. I'm waiting in line to get coffee. I finally come up to the window and order my coffee. The customer at the other window shows up after me. The barista with the dark brown hair with red in it decides to make the other customers coffee first even though I ordered first. I'm not really sure if some discrimination was going on. The other customer is white, I am not white. Does this company hire racist people or is this company racist? I'm not so impressed by that whole entire situation. That barista needs to be fired. Don't get coffee from there unless you want to face...

This review is only based on how dirty and grimy this coffee shop is. There is an unbelievable amount of dust and grime accumulated on corners, wall plates, cords, and coffee machine. Employees are very nice and attentive, but a establishment that serves food and drinks should not look like this. There is a foul smell coming out from the place probably from never being mopped.
