Lived in Anchorage for 13 years, moved to Colorado 16 years ago & missed Thai Village immensely. We're back celebrating our 15 year anniversary (with my husband who also lived in Anchorage) & Thai Village was at the top of my list. We got to go there yesterday & it's got the same AMAZING food as before & the wonderful lady Soa even remembered me! She is the sweetest person ever! If you're in AK, go out of your way to visit Thai Village on Muldoon. You won't be sorry!!! (Excellent Thai ice tea too! 🤤) 🩷🩷🩷

Greeted right away by a friendly server. She was very nice and patient. The establishment did seem a little dated but was clean and welcoming. I’m very picky about my Pad Thai and I still haven’t found a place here in Anchorage that has blown me away yet. Their Pad Thai is good, nothing extremely extraordinary about it. My little vegan eater enjoyed the vegan version of the Pad Thai. The spring rolls were hot and delicious and they sauce they serve it with is unique and stood out the most to me.

This place was amazing! The service & food were great! My husband and I tried an appetizer along with two different entrees. I really loved the pad thai.. I don’t like how some places but way to much peanuts.. I actually prefer less peanuts and this pad Thai from here nailed it with not so much peanuts. Our server was awesome and was very prompt! We definitely will be coming here again!

It seems like it's a nice spot to eat. Unfortunately there were a few things that made it kind of something you won't go back again for. The menu is huge and overwhelming. The staff was great but we really felt bad having to ask for more time to look through the menu, and both my partner and I finally just panicked and picked the one thing that stuck out to us that was familiar. We got the pad thai. It was alright. I was kind of disappointed that it seemed wet or soggy. The bean sprouts were wilted in with the dish. It came with a quarter slice of lime which isn't really enough. The chicken had a weird off taste to it...it might have been on the edge of off. It would have been great if the sprouts, lime wedge, and maybe some cilantro had been served on the side so you could mix them in and get that really nice fresh cool crunch with the noodles. It seemed a bit greasy too. We got the cucumber salad and it was like eating butter bread pickles and not at all what we expected. Extremely, overwhelmingly sweet. Not something we're used to at a Thai style restaurant. Unfortunately nothing really noteworthy. Just kind of bland...

We were running errands all day into the evening and didn't realize how hungry we were until it was 9:10. We called the Thai Villiage and they said they were closed. I asked if we could get something to go and they said they would do that. That was so nice of them because they didn't have to do that and we were so happy because we had had a long day and were really hungry and didn't want to eat fast food. We ordered pad thai. It was so delicious. I have lived in South East Asia for several years and have eaten many different styles of pad thai. This was awesome- absolutely perfect. Not too dry and not too saucy. Really good flavor with some extra dried chilli on the side if you want extra heat. All the ingredients were really fresh. The pad thai came with shrimp and chicken and it was very good quality. The shrimp was sweet and the chicken was fresh white meat. We were happy with our meal and will be back again. Four stars for customer service and Four stars for...

My experience here was horrible. The tables were very sticky, and yes, all of the tables. I asked a staff member to wipe the table down. The staff member proceeded to do so, but left the table soaked. Wiping it down also made no difference, it was still as sticky as before. The silverware had old food residue stuck on to it.

I ordered Chicken Pad Thai. The chicken looked awful. It was discolored (gray) and tasted disgusting. When I asked the waiter if it could be remade, I just got a rude response back of, “ it looks fine to me.” Even after I explained everything I found wrong with it.

I was hearing other customers also complain about their food during my stay here.

It blows my mind that this establishment is rated as high as it is. This place is horrible, A Taste of Thai in Anchorage blows this place out of the water in every...
