I first tried this place with their philly and it was 4/10 and kind of caused me not to really try anything else and then a friend told me of the nice $12.99 deal for a nice sized cheeseburger and fries, so I tried it and it was true...that was delicious and well made. I ordered the same thing 3 more times and it was great and then my last two times ordering the burger and fries were horrible! The 4th time, the burger had an old nasty lettuce on it with some kind of nasty sauce but the fries were good and then the last time I got an order from them was today and the fries were soggy and the burger was dry and overcooked with semi crappy lettuce and overall not worth it at all! I don't know if they have a different cook or he just was in a rush or lazy non-cooking mode but that's the last time I order from there again...I hate to wait for a delivery, pay $12.99 for the order, a $1 fee from uber and $4 tip to the driver and get straight up trash! If you can't cook or don't like too, then find a different job and quit making food because you're awful at it! UPDATE 8/16/25: Yeah no, I don't know why I gave this place another try...this place is trash... $25 for a "deep dish" combo pizza that wasn't a deep dish but was a super thick crust with paper thin dough on the rest of the pizza (regular bottom and covering the pizza making it a wannabe deep dish), came with barely any meat and overall was a decent pizza 2/10 but I'd rather have a Totinos frozen pizza from the store than this one and it definitely was not worth the price, it should be $5, that's how crappy it is! Learn how to cook because you...
Read moreI just ordered a bacon cheeseburger 🍔 🍟 and some jalapeno poppers.
I just want to say "OH MY GOD!!!" This is the most amazing food out of any delivery service I've ever had.
The jalapeno poppers are crisp, the sauce is amazing. The smell is literally mouth-watering. The cheeseburger was everything but your normal delivery cheeseburger.
The food for this business was beyond expectation, and the customer service was 100%, in fact they really overachieved.
However, I do recommend the business work on their online delivery services through QMenu. They don't update status information through qmenu services. Also they don't answer the business phone, which is a huge problem.
Even with the negative feedback on their delivery, it is within reason, considering they are a family-run business and it is a small pizzeria serving a city.
For anybody who wants an awesome meal, I recommend the business, I also recommend that walking in and ordering is better than using their online delivery services at this time as they are below average with that.
Also want to add another positive, they accept cash through online orders, which is rare because most people demand credit or debit cards. The food is not only impeccable, but they accept cash through delivery. Again, I do want to stress that they need to work on their online customer service experience, and they need to be answering their...
Read moreI'm a delivery driver for one of the venues here in Anchorage. I arrived at CiCi's Pizza. I gave them the names of my two orders. The orders were not done. I had to sit and wait an additional 15 minutes. Then then I asked a question about the orders. I didn't want to get them mixed up.
The lady in the back very rude with me. She tells I should know who's orders are for what person. They didn't have the boxes marked so how am I supposed to know who's order is for what. You're the restaurant you're supposed to have this package done before I get there. You might want to learn customer service skills.
My job's to deliver the food. It's your job to have it cooked and ready to go when...
