Sad to put only 1 star, as my boyfriend and I would order all the time we loved their food. Their food is awesome my boyfriend loves their burgers and they are great prices. Unfortunately we will never be ordering our eating there again. I'm very sick so my boyfriend ordered us dinner last night so I didn't have to cook. My clubhouse and fries were AWESOME. But when my boyfriend went to open his burger which was wrapped in the tissue that the burger come in he found a dirty used bandaid stuck to his bun!! We called right away to notify Burger Jims of it and they said they would comp the meal and deliver a new one which of course my boyfriend declined. About 10 mins later the delivery guy showed up with food anyways which was thrown away. This is a major health violation. If a good handler is wearing a bandaid they should also be wearing gloves as they are handling food! I'm now worried about my food I ate and wondering how safe my clubhouse was that I consumed as I'm a heart transplant patient of almost 2 years and I'm on medications that suppress my immune system and I could catch anything the food handler could have.I have the bandaid in a baggy as evidence to report to the city of this. I'm posting and review so...

I have been a fan of burger Jim's since the early 90's as my favorite burger place and my favorite burger behing the Ranch burger but the signature flavor/quality that was once there is no more??? Trully heartbreaking.
the best burgers in town go to Arctic RoadRunner/wee Bees/Max's Burger/ Lucky Wishbone/ or Burger...
Read moreUntil last visit, I really liked their food: where I saw one of the older men that work as a cook, pulling chicken tenders out of the freezer on the left side wall. You can see it from the register. He pulled out a few and put them into a paper tray, closed the freezer and knocked the paper tray off the counter and they fell to the floor. He looked up quick toward the register and I looked away fast. He put the chicken back in the tray and moved it to the other side to cook. He didn't go back into the freezer to get replacements.
If they have that kind of mentality, who knows what else they do or don't do when they...
