Coffee Queen — Restaurant in Alaska

EDIT: The last time I was here, the barista said she was having a cranky day. Ok, fine no prob. But then I ordered a big train chai and she informed me that they don't carry that. I politely pointed it out on the menu. She brusquely intoned that they do not have it and have not had it for quite some time. I told her I'd ordered it the last 2 times with no problem, THEN I remembered! The time before this visit, it had not tasted right at all! At the time I had chalked it up to a new barista, but now I realize I was duped. :/ Anyhow, I ordered a chai, it was watery and too sweet, and that was the end of my enthusiasm for Coffee Queen for now. But! I may return when I can drink coffee again and check...

I was happy with them long time, but last 2 month notice that most of girls very short with me, and my situation was after when I asked one lady to punch my card for yesterday because I keep forgetting and lady’s never offer to me to punch my card like Darte cafe for example they always remind you about punching card. 09/26 I asked punch my card, exactly what one of Café Queen ladys told me “ How I suppose to know that you was yesterday, I wasn’t serving you. I was pointing other lady that she was here yesterday. So she punched my card unpleasantly and said that I suppose to show card all the time and I suppose don’t forget about it. I always brag about this place how they make my caramel macchiato until today. I appreciate businesses serving customers daily but I was very dissatisfied how my coffee was made today. Whenever I ordered my caramel macchiato, it always comes with whip how a caramel Frappuccino is made. She forgot to add whip and I asked nicely if I can add whip in my coffee. She handed me my cup with the same closed lid and just add the whip on top of the closed lid with blue sprinkle I did not ask for. I had to pull over and take the lid, flip it upside down so I can put the whip in my cup and spilled everywhere.
