All the drink items that I’ve tried so far are super super delicious! They make some of the best coffees in Anchorage! I am putting 4 stars instead of 5 because they didn’t put any whipped cream several times on several drinks when I ordered drinks via doordash. I even called once to tip the barista and she still didn’t add whipped cream like I asked and paid for. I get that sometimes people make mistakes or forget to do certain things but I love whipped cream and would like to receive what I paid for. Despite that, I would still order again & again because they are my new favorite coffee shop in town because of how delicious their drinks are! I ordered others coffee and smoothies before too and they fell in love also! I almost forgot to add, I absolutely love how they put “free from covid” stickers to cover the drinks!!! I also love how they add “thank you” cards once in a while that comes...

Loved the white coffee -- SO smooth, no bitterness or acidity, so much easier on your stomach if you suffer from acid reflux at all. As someone who can easily drink 2-3 cups of coffee in the morning, this gives me a much "cleaner" feeling energy without any sour stomach issues. The staff here is so fantastic, caring, and seem genuinely passionate about giving you a good cuppa, no matter what style you prefer. They will even prepare you little samples!

I actually loved the white coffee so much I've completely sworn off of other roasts for the time being. Heartburn is nonexistent! I am from LA, and NOWHERE around here are cafes and coffee shops selling white coffee beans, let alone brewing it. I wish I knew where Alaska HoC sourced their beans from! I'm a coffee connoisseur... I have been all over Anchorage in the last 2 months and tried mini coffee places this is hands down my favorite!!! I came all the way from chugiak today for a eggnog chai!!! Blows my mind!!! UPDATE 12-22-23!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COFFEE WE'VE EVER HAD!!!
