Enoki Eatery — Restaurant in Alaska

So, I am kind of a Bao Bun addict, not in a bad way... I have had some that are bad, I mean no effort at all and some that are spectacular. This review is definitely the latter. I just had the BBQ pork Bao Bun from Enoki Eatery in Sitka, AK. Oh my! I waited 15 minutes while fresh buns were prepared. The wait was totally worth it! When I came back to the window I was asked if I wanted the crispy garlic pepper on it. I said yes. You should say yes too. The sweet BBQ pork and the steamed bun with the hot crispy garlic comes alive in your mouth. I have found my go to spot for amazing flavor....
