A break in the day for parents and an escape to play for toddlers. My kids love this place and they feel safe here. Its like clockwork soon as they enter the building and run to the play area where shoes are taken off and placed on the shoe rack. I love that tables are near the play area where we can chaperone and watch our kiddos.
Birthday Parties; We are frequent visitors and have had 4 birthday parties between our two toddlers under 3. We've recommended Freshcup Playhouse to several of our friends who have also had birthday parties here and love this place. I love that toddlers 6 and under are able to have their time to play without any issues from older kids. Aside from our birthday parties, we visit about every other weekend for an hour to get our kids tired out. I think the price is fair for the party package and we always order more food from Sicilys.
Play Area: Place is kept as clean as possible and toys do not look dirty or outdated. They keep a fresh inventory and rotate toys/playhouses every few months which our kids love. There is always hand sanitizer near the entrance of the play area.
Restrooms: Yes, they have a changing station for toddlers in the men's restroom. They also have a stool for kids to wash there hands. It looks like its kept clean. Could use an update but it serves its purpose.
Food; Conveniently and strategic move for a pizza place to be in the same building. It just makes sense.
All in all, we love this place and we are happy with the level of customer service from the front counter, to the kitchen crew who brings out our pizzas for the parties. I can't say enough good things...
Read moreI love the idea of this place and it is very fun. We’ve been looking for more things to do during the winter time just a few things that I noticed. The big thing was equipment and toys being pretty gross. I wish I would’ve taken some photos. From afar, they look decently clean but when you actually look at them, there’s dirt and grime all over stuff which is fine, I understand this is a kids Playhouse But It could be wiped down better. The other thing I noticed it is a freefall inside. There are designated areas for kids 6 to 18 months and then kids older and there were a lot of older kids going into the 6 to 18 month area and just taking all the toys so just keep that in mind when visiting. I just think parents don’t actually care to watch their kids and treat freshcup as a place for them to not actually have to watch their kids. The bathrooms can definitely use some updating you get big gas station bathroom vibes. Broken doors, paper, towel holders that are broken, soap dispensers that are falling off walls, and really gross changing tables. Overall it’s a great place for winter months to take the kids to get out of house just could use...
Read moreFood was good, coffee was good. Over all a good experience. My children really enjoyed them selfs The one thing that did bother me was. We aren't from here first time at this establishment. We come into the building walk up the register. We are the only people in line. Look up at the menu on the wall, my 4 year old then sees the play area. And excited as any child would be runs over to the gate. My husband heads over to help him. We haven't decided what to order yet. I then grab a menu and told the lady at the counter. I'm going to look over this for a moment. I walk over to a table to put my things down, Still standing. We have been inside a total of maybe 80 seconds at this point. The lady then comes out from the counter belines it over to my husband who's helping my son remove his shoes, and says we need to pay before he can play. It was embarrassing and off putting. As everyone in the restaurant heard. We had no problem paying for play time. We are paying customers. I would suggest to staff to maybe gadget the situation. Before being so quick to address. We purchased two coffees two smoothies two meals and two hours...
