Ordered two large pizzas, one BBQ chicken pizza and one combination pizza online and paid online for pick up. Picked food up and got home. They put bbq sauce on my combination and pizza sauce on my BBQ chicken pie. Tried calling them multiple times. No one there seemed to care. Kept getting the run around. Finally just loaded up the pizzas to bring back. Even when I brought the pies back had to prove it to them they screwed up. I ordered at 750pm, finally out the door at 920 930ish. The owner's number is posted by the register so I tried calling him, no answer. He called me about 15 minutes after I tried calling him. At this point I'm still at the store waiting for the food I had already paid for. They continued to make other people's orders before making mine again. So I complained to the owner when he finally called me back. I asked for a discount because of this and it was a strait and quick no. He then accused me of trying to take advantage of his establishment. Then continued to tell me he has the best pizza in town and the best prices. And I should just be thankful they are open and his employees are at risk because they went to work. From the virus going around. Then he told me I can not go to his establishment anymore because his employees screwed up my order and wanted it fixed. And asked for a discount. The owner is very unprofessional and not customer service oriented. After I got home he texted me saying he refunded my money and not to go back to his precious pizza restaurant. The texts continued from him going on and blah blah blah. Very inappropriate. For the money and pizza. It was expensive. Two large mediocre pizzas and two orders of chicken wings and an order of bread sticks was around 72 bucks. I've gotten way better pizza and wings and Beer for cheaper and way better wings at moose's tooth. Farther drive, but better food, cheaper, beer, and way better customer service. Ordered here again since new management came in. Ordered a cookie pizza. My receipt shows this. Received brownie cookie instead. Ridiculous. Then, there is no ranch cup with the wings. Mushroom pizza, if you can call it that, had a shameful amount of mushrooms on it. Several pieces in the pie were only cheese pizza. I do not think we will be going back. I heard management pleading to have customers come try this place again.. DONT they didnt change their ways. They also charge you an extra 4% on your order for credit too. Customer service still very unreliable. Food not up to par. AVOID. Also they offer no celery or carrots with wings. Which just isnt cool. Wings need that fresh crunch especially when they are expensive. Wings were kind of gross. Very processed, coated in some form of olive oil, I mean DRENCHED in it. Flavor was smothered in too much garlic, under cooked, and had a bad lingering flavor that stays in your mouth!
Overall disappointed. Order wrong, missing items, and not enough toppings (see photos) Shame on myself for wasting money on a 2nd time. Save yourself the let down!

I was placing an order for delivery and got confused on pricing etc, changed order then still questioned price and then at the end told them lady on the phone I would have to call back once I figured out what we wanted. I then decided to order from a different pizza place due to the rates being less expensive. For some reason they still made the first original order and sent to my house. Told the delivery driver I didn’t order it and that I ended up ordering from little Caesar’s instead. I then get a call from the manager or owner saying that they were banning me from their location for future orders. I hadn’t paid for or completed an order with them.
