Java The Hut — Restaurant in Alaska

I really don't leave reviews often. I used to love going here, have been for 10 years, but the past few months the girls have been extremely rude by closing the window before we're done ordering. Whoever the girl with the pink lashes is just looks off into the distance like she isn't listening, then messes up the drink (a flavored redbull). No matter how many times we ask them to put the points, either by name or phone #, they always forget to. They say "okay, sure", then we embarrassingly have to mention it the next time we go. Its annoying yhey switched to this new system but arent doing their part. Recently they've been closed at 8-9pmish. I tried to look up on their page a reason if it's temporary or permanent but nothing has been posted. I hope things turn around since we live so close but since this has been such an ongoing issue and only seems to be getting worse, I don't think we will be frequenting this place as often. Please reconsider the attitude you present to customers if you're working a job that...

Big, big, BIG fan. This is my neighborhood coffee stand. I’ve been a regular at for at least 8 years, 4-6 visits/week. My drink is pretty standard - Breve with 1/2 sweet flavor- it’s consistent every. single. time. - for years. I have yet to have a less than pleasant experience with their staff, and it pains me to read some of these reviews. I’d be willing to bet that if you receive a drink that isn’t exactly what you wanted or expected, the staff would bend over backwards to make it right. Instead of suffering in silence or rather, complaining online, just let them know what’s up.

I only buy coffee. No food review from me, but....... I believe my 2 dogs got a treat at this location.

And...... I love it when a companies employees acknowledge our beloved oets Meanwhile, the car back windows are rolled down, and the dogs are giving em the, ya know, those eyes 👀. Lol!

I gotta remind McDonald's employees down the street from The Hut. "Yo! Ya, have got any dog treats in there?"

COFFEE? It's coffee man..... right through your car window.

Mine was strong coffee, and the Redbull Smoothie was for a friend. 12 dollars.
