Great Potential, Needs Strong Leadership and Better Attention to Detail
I recently visited this Subway location, and while the food still held some promise, the experience left me feeling that there’s a lot of room for improvement, particularly in terms of leadership and attention to detail.
The sandwich itself had the right ingredients, with fresh vegetables and soft bread. However, the execution was disappointing. The sandwich was sloppy—ingredients were unevenly distributed, and the bread was overloaded with sauce, making it soggy and difficult to eat. It’s clear that the quality of the food could be much better with a little more care in the preparation process.
What this Subway really needs is stronger leadership. The staff appeared friendly, but there was a noticeable lack of organization and attention to detail in how the sandwiches were assembled. A more experienced manager or team leader could help ensure consistency, improve sandwich presentation, and streamline operations.
Despite the issues, I still see potential here. With better oversight and a little more focus on quality control, this could easily be a top-tier Subway location. Read moreI go to this location at least twice a week. Today there is a new girl in there (cross tattoo on her right arm) I ordered a tuna sandwich and a kids ham sandwich. The whole time she is shaking and sweating.. odd but whatever. I get to cash out and she sticks her hands in her pants to pull them up and then proceeded to get the cookie for my kids meal with the same gloves in she just put in her pants. 😵 Then she rings everything up and the total is almost $19. I asked why it's so much I get the same thing all the time and it's never more than $14. She then says because the drink and chips for my meal she added to the kids meal... by this time I was so disgusted I left the sandwiches there and left. In the mean time I watched two other customers leave because of lack of service. They were sick of waiting for this slob, or saw the same thing I did and left. Either way I'm disappointed in the service I had. I have worked in the food industry since I was 14 and know that the lady that prepared my sandwich obviously doesn't have a food handlers card or just doesn't care either way... would have gave no star if it...
Read moreYou went from a great review from me three months ago to poor as of today. I ordered online and sandwiches weren’t toasted or made how we ordered them. Didn’t know they were out of cookies until I went to pick up the order and they literally had two cookies left. I checked my receipt to be sure the order came across how we requested and it did. Your employees just didn’t look at what we wanted and didn’t care apparently. Only plus was the young lady that handed me our order. She was very friendly and professional and apologized for the cookie issue.
