Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Alaska

So we went to Jersey Mike's today to get dinner and while we were there. We were told that it was going to be a 5 minute weight not 5 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. While we were there waiting to get our food a worker cut his finger as soon as he realized that he had cut his finger he stopped making the Sandwich. When in the back washed his hands and came back out But he did not bother to get rid of the bread that he potentially bled on instead he chose to continue making sandwiches when he was requested to discard. The bread he proceeded to get an attitude and complain that the bread was not tainted right after he decided to change the bread he put the old bread. That had blood on it fact on the shelf for them to use again. Absolutely disgusting I don't know if I can post pictures but I will never return to Jersey Mike's. It was a terrible experience...

So, I started coming here more often because of a Manager at Firehouse Subs was always rude and made people wait forever. Now apparently that same Person is at Jersey Mikes doing the same thing. Her Name is Sandy, an older lady with purple hair. My food was great but from the moment I walked in the door she just stood there staring at me asking me questions about where I worked and if I was affiliated with some of my coworkers with past issues. Now while I was paying she snatched my coupon out of my hand before I could even really give it to her. I was told by the manager that gave it to me that I could keep it even after use. She just snatched it from me and walked away. Everyone else at this location are great but now I might have to go elsewhere if she’s going to be there now. Her customer service skills did not improve from one sub...

I've been to many Jersey Mike's locations while traveling and always enjoyed my food there. So, the low review scores here didn't bother me and I assumed the food would be good as usual. I never got the chance to try a sub here. I waited in line for 5 minutes, watching all the employees stare at me and nobody helped me, let alone acknowledge I was there. A simple, "thanks for your patience, we'll be right with you" would have gone a long way. Once helped, I ordered a Giant sub and that's when my jaw dropped. The submaker pulled a sub roll out and it was half the size of a normal Giant sub roll I'm accustomed to. Keep in mind, a Giant sub here is nearly $19, so at that point, I decided to pass and left to eat at a sit down restaurant instead and get A LOT more for my money AND better service too!
