McDonald's — Restaurant in Alaska

I absolutely LOVE McDonald's and I have been eating at this famous American franchise since I was first walking. The food here is as amazing as it always has been at McDonald's.

However, I DON'T appreciate the fact that the gentleman who cleans the PlayPlace here starts mopping as early as 1 hour before the PlayPlace actually closes. I know what he is doing, it's wrong, it's bad business, and anti-family. This man wants to get his work done early and makes everyone feel uncomfortable by forcing families to leave early before the PlayPlace is even closed.

I RESPECT and admire Ray Croc more than any business owner in American history. I ASSURE you that Ray would not be happy that this McDonald's is closing it's PlayPlace 30 minutes to an hour early daily.

The aspect that has always been the most important foundation at McDonald's is the PlayPlaces for kids in a safe family friendly environment.

When Ray first opened his famous franchises he and his wife Joan made McDonald's the most famous family friendly restaurant in the business. Ray never closed his PlayPlace early and instead of forcing families out early Joan passed out free lollipops to all children.

Just get back to the BASICS McDonald's don't disgrace the vision you were built upon!!!!!

It looks nice from the outside. It's attached to a fuel station.

But there was a cashier standing in the corner, eating, and looking at us standing there waiting for some help.

She came and stood at the register and stared at us with her cheeks full of food. She couldn't even say "How can I help you?" if she wanted to and she didn't, she rolled her eyes at us. We interrupted her meal.

It was apparent that she is employed because of her appearance rather than her performance.

Beyond that, the play place smelled like dirty socks. Trash cans were full. Old milkshake spills were dried up on the tabletops.

The only reason I didn't turn around and walk out was because I promised a playdate at the play place. I'm only giving 3 stars because it's at least better than the park...

Why is it that orders are sloppy or look as if they have been sitting there for EVER and cold?!! Never fails the fries seem to be cold and OLD, some seem to still be frozen!!!! The fruit punch is either extremely sweet barely any ice ( way to much syrup) or barely any flavor? And if a customer asks for extra ice it never happens but when there is no flavor because there is hardly any syrup the staff follows the customers request for more ice?!!!??? My husband went through the drive through and ended up going in because of a wrong order given but yet was given even more of the wrong food order or it could have been apart of someone else’s order on top of...
