I hope this is a learning lesson for the employees in that McDonald since there are a lot of young folks. We went there on Saturday and made an order. The order had a little mistake which could’ve been taken care with respect and kindness. There was a young black girl as a cashier and there was another black girl behind her. At first the cashier was “nice” and the girl in the back was just staring at me with an angry face. I smiled back at her kindly to fix her attitude. The cashier left to the back to let the crew know one of my order was wrong. Instead of closing the window I heard everything the little girl cashier said. “I was trying to be cool” keep it in mind I was trying to keep my cool. Lucky they didn’t say to the wrong person. I was pretty upset. I hope you all young people know that when someone is being kind be kind back. Not everyone is kind to fast food workers. Especially the ones who deals with customers 24/7. Before you talk behind customers back make sure they don’t hear you. ☺️ Oh and the manager of that shift who is a Filipino lady don’t roll your eyes too. I did stated I was going to go to the front to get my order but you had my debit card and there was no communication. I waited for my card to return to me. Read moreMy recent experiences at this McDonalds has been horrible to the point where I do not want to come here for food again. My curbside pickup orders have been getting completely messed up as to where there is only 1-3 items that i have ordered also to include my root beer that i order and always seems to be disgusting as it have little to no syrup in it at all. It is also very easy to see that it is lacking syrup as it is a different color. Thats minor compared to the service as each time i come to this location workers are sucking on ring pops while working with the food and in the drive thru windows and also just not caring at all as they are always messing up orders or not serving customers to the best of their abilities or even with speed. Working in fast food restaurants I know we are not allowed to eat while serving customers or preparing food because it is unsanitary. Instead we would go to the back where there is a break area for workers to eat or drink or to the front where customers sit if there is no such break area. Read moreWell we ordered… 45 mins later, Food delivered. We opted to go here because we thought it would be faster than going to another restaurant as we were in a rush. Definitely not fast… and employees although apologetic, didn’t seem to really care.
Out of Large cups, instead of letting us know, they gave us the size down. Witnesses one lady complain about paying for a large so she was given two of the smaller cups.
One guy drove all the way home with his meal, came back in and he had the entirely wrong sandwich. We got to witness the entire round about trip due to our dine in wait.
I get it’s tough with all the ways you can order, door dash, mobile app, drive thru, and dine in… waits happen but Geezum. Then delivered thrown together burgers with ketchup and ingredients spewed all over the wrapping.
Wrong sauces for Nuggets.
Just was a lot of unhappiness going on here.
