Taste something different today and stop by Mo's Deli and Catering. I ordered Mo’s Bagel and Lox ($12.75) with a drink and chips. Don't let the prices dissuade your decision to eat here. These are not tiny bagels, so you'll get plenty of meat and veggies. I was full after eating one half of my meal. Refill soda drinks during your visit. There is a small bar next to the glass for those of you that like extra sunshine. Plenty of smaller tables for parties of 4. I was here at noon on Saturday and I saw two employees, so maybe it was a shift change. Employees are polite and they quickly complete your order.

Jason and the crew at Mo’s know what it takes to run a true deli! Their sandwiches are massive, the matzoh ball soup like your grandmother’s and the black and white cookies can convince you that you are in the heart of NYC. The latkes are so good that I have to buy double just to be sure some of them make it home. They have a Covid catering menu right now and work with Door Dash and Grub Hub. You can also order and pay ahead on their website for curbside pickup. Or just drop by. I make trips for this food from Eagle River...just saying.

I was pretty damn impressed with this place. Amazing pastrami, every sandwich is very customizable. No skimping on ingredients. Sandwiches come with a true deli pickle that is very crisp. I put this up with MVP deli. MVP is better for hot sandwiches, this place is better for a true cold cut sandwich. They also do breakfast sandwiches and coffee. Apparently they cater as well.

My wife and I went there for the first time to try out their sandwiches. The customer service was horrible. We ordered two sandwiches and a soup. As it was our first time there and didn’t know they had two sizes of soup cups. The cashier didn’t ask me what size I wanted, she just asked what kind I would like, I got the barley soup. We got our order about 10 minutes of waiting and didn’t even get everything we ordered. We walked out to our vehicle and my wife looked in the bag to find we were missing my soup. We walked back in and told the cashier that we didn’t get our soup. She at first said she put it in there which she realized she didn’t and got me the soup in their smallest cup. I asked her if that was their only size cause I would like more than a tiny cup and it turned out they had more and she claimed I ordered the smallest size, which I didn’t. While we waited, another customer ordered soup and she asked him what size he would like, I didn’t get that kind of customer service. That young girl needs to get trained on how to be a good customer service employee towards everyone, not just a select few. Employees such as herself is what turns customers away. We won’t be going back there as the customer service was horrible and my sandwich was so full of mayonnaise and the bread got...

Haven't actually eaten there so can't rate the food(which I hear is good), but the service is a bit disappointing. I called to ask if they were handicapped accessible. I was hoping to take a family member who is in a wheelchair out on a much needed outing and was told that "we are so busy so it's standing room only" and they couldn't guarantee a seat (I took offense to that because my family member can't stand). So I then thought I'd pickup a sandwich for my elderly handicapped family member. I called and was told somewhat abruptly that they weren't taking pickup orders. This was after I personally walked in earlier that morning to confirm that I could order online. I hope the publicity and success won't go their heads because without good customer service, their success may be...

I don’t normally get too critical with reviews, but I have to here. Decided to use a coupon that we found and tried this deli for the first time. My wife could not use the app effectively so she went into get the order in the store. Even while dictating the order to the people in the store, it came out wrong. I hate when you get home and you find the order is not right. A tuna melt sandwich actually came out to be a chicken salad sandwich that was not worth the price. It was dry. The gluten-free sandwich was half size. Not worth the price. We found this when we got home and did not want to travel back across town to get the correct sandwich. I ordered a Reuben and it was good, but not overly impressive. Was hoping for more...
