This restaurant fails to meet even the most basic standards of quality. From the moment you step inside, the ambiance is lackluster, with a dingy atmosphere that sets the tone for what's to come. The service is subpar at best, with waitstaff displaying a lack of attentiveness and professionalism

When it comes to the food, prepare to be underwhelmed. The menu offers a mediocre selection of uninspired dishes, all of which fall short in terms of flavor and presentation. Whether it's overcooked entrees or soggy appetizers, each dish seems to disappoint more than the last.

To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the establishment leaves much to be desired. From sticky tabletops to questionable staff wafting from the kitchen, it's clear that hygiene is not a priority here.

While the bar may offer a decent selection of drinks, it's certainly not enough to salvage the dining experience. In summary, this restaurant is best avoided for both food and ambiance. Save your time and money, and opt for a more reputable establishment elsewhere. I had a glass of water in the end of this experience while the waitress didn't even bother informing me that they ran out of items...

I really don’t get this place at all. Everybody seems to love it, but I really don’t know why. For starters, it feels like a fire hazard waiting to happen. The exterior doors open inward which I’m pretty sure is a fire code violation. I was seated behind a toaster oven which is left wide open, presumably for heat, which, again, fire hazard. The whole place shakes underfoot, and feels cramped.

As for service, the server we had was polite, but she told me I can only order my cheeseburger well-done because of an Alaska state law, which sounds like complete BS. Brewsters served me medium without question.

The food was pretty mediocre, the experience was not bad, the service was pretty good. Overall, not bad, but as a warning to managers, I’m am so shocked you haven’t been shut down yet with your safety code violations. You need to spend some money on your...

I ordered chicken strip meal and beef nachos. The waitress that took my order was too busy talking to other people. When we got our food home, there was a few sprinkles of cheese on the chips. It was a size of the half order that they used to have, there was no meat, there was six olives and a few pieces of tomato a small container of sour cream and small container of salsa. This was $17. The chicken strips were not bad. The curly fries were limp and sparse We used to frequent this place 2 to 3 times a week I had not tried this place in almost 9 months because I had a similar experience as we just had so we are done with Oasis permanently . Don’t waste your time or money we were actually told they don’t prefer families. They prefer adults that drink that’s where they make their money. I patronize them numerous times and left...

My fiancé and I were able to post up here while we waited for our flight. Service was awesome. Shakira, and another wonderful gal took care of us. (Her name begins with an A, and I forgot it like a dummy.) Prices are fair. Drinks are strong. Food is delicious. If we find ourselves in Fairbanks again, we'll come back here. If you find yourself in Fairbanks, you should visit here. :)

After giving this place a second try, I have to say the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. The first time a coworker and I stopped by, the customer service was absolutely garbage. I wasn't going to come back. The breakfast is what this place is known for. I'll have to say the service was better but this place was definitely short staffed.

This place was definitely worth the stop. Loved how our waitrress Christa was super up front and honest with our table. Her recommendations hit the spot. The fried cheese curds were amazing! The Works Philly had a tremendous amount of flavor. The pretzel with beer cheese was also good. Great way to end our Alaskan Trip.
