The food used to be some of the best in Fairbanks, and with the available options in this town, that says a lot.

But, all good things must come to an end, and folks, we have reached it.

Tonight was my last attempt to squeeze quality out of this place, and boy, what a let down.

I asked for Thai hot pork pad Thai and got gooey noodles with overcooked pork. The dish was just coated in burnt pepper. I couldn't eat the dish. Zero flavor. No heat whatsoever, just burnt food.

The pièce de ré·sis·tance was the foot long human hair in the rice dish.

UPDATE JUNE 2020: Business is picking up and he's starting to use an assistant. I highly recommend using his phone number to call your order in before you go. He'll tell you how long your order will take and here's the code: 10 minutes = you're the only order, 15 minutes = he has 1 order ahead of you, 20 minutes = he has 2 or more orders ahead of you.

I appreciate this gentleman's business model. He's a one man show that has less overhead than the Thai restaurants in town so his prices are lower than...
