Last night I went to your Albany location on Gary Street. I've never had poor service from this store ever until tonight! In the past I've asked to speak to the managers to let them know what great service I always received there because enough people don't pass on the good things that people are doing when working a hard job. It started with placing my order in the drive-thru and trying to ask questions. The answers I received were"nope" nothing else. I tried asking another question but I felt like I was an inconvenience. When I got to the pickup window and was paying I asked her a question about your condiments and her answer was "No" and immediately turned away from me so I couldn't ask anything further. Okay everybody has a bad night now and again. she asked me if I wanted any of your sauces and I said yes I was handed my food by another person who polite, smiling . I told her thank you and she wished me a good evening and wished her the same as well.I pulled forward so the next car could come to the window The sauces weren't in the bag I pulled around to your front door only to find it locked and I completely understand because of the covid pandemic. I got back in line with the drive-thru and I was now four cars back so I called and I asked if they could remake my food so I can bring it home hot because I'm four people behind and I wasn't given what I asked for. Apparently this put her over the edge "No come to the front door" okay I got out of my car and was waiting outside the door cloest to the parking lot She opened it handed me my condiment while I tried to thank her and as I turned to leave She hadn't finished going through the second door into the lobby and I fell I yelled because i was scared and hitting the pavement.I laid there until I could assess how the hell I was going to get up because I'm disabled and it's difficult. So I'm laying there on the ground I don't know how she couldn't have seen it but nothing no help NOTHING. As I'm disabled and I have an inflammatory disorder. I fell to my knees then onto my shoulder and flat out my back. Laying in the wet and in pain. It really hurt. I thought how the hell am I going to get myself out of this and to my feet because nobody is coming to help. I managed to get myself up get in my car and go home I was already embarrassed and had no desire to further any communication with a crew with such an attitude. So despite her wanting to correct the problem so I didn't have cold food, I came home with dinner ice cold anyways. We used to go to Arby's all the time and when the pandemic hit we stopped going out to eat or picking up food because many of the fast food chains lines were extremely long and I already felt bad for the people having to work because I know that it wasn't easy and I know they had customers who were rude. I'm shocked. I'm so bummed I have no desire to go back, just to be treated possibly with such rude service again. I don't expect this to go anywhere and I have no idea if management will even see this but I thought you should know what happened. I hope that you would speak with that crew and maybe advise them that they do have a hard job but that's the job they chose and fortunately or unfortunately you have to work with customers. It just should have never happened. I have no idea what I tripped on the ground was wet. I didn't eat my dinner because it was cold and while I could have heated it up again I was hurting too bad My shoulder, my neck, my elbow my wrist my knee every muscle has been on fire and in alot of pain all evening. Extremely...

So watery ranch sauce, and the bread is like eating a Charleston chew, fries are cold eating them as soon as I got out of drive-through shouldn’t be cold. Sandwich was just soggy in the middle with the ranch sauce while the crust was super chewy almost hard to eat. And I’m like why am I going through fast food dealing with this and paying gourmet food prices? $14 for this meal is a lot way more than it should cost. I feel like I would’ve been better served. Just going to big town hero paying the same price but actually getting a gourmet sandwich without the fast food experience. To be honest, every time I go through here I just kind of feel ripped off a little bit.. 🤷♂️🫡 I didn’t even bother complaining to the store because I’m just tired of this they just work there. And I think I’m done with Arby’s tbh. Next time I wanna pay $14 for a sandwich I’m not going to a fast food restaurant Because I don’t want the fast food quality I want gourmet quality for the price of $14 what I got should be a five dollar sandwich at ampm gas...
Read moreIf it weren't for the food I might have a hard time going back. We had the Arby's signature roast beef sandwiches with curly fries & a chocolate shake & the orange cream shake as well. The food and beverages were fabulous as always. We went through the drive threw yesterday & the food (as always) was great. The employee was clearly not ready to work yet, as she reminded us several times, while taking our order & giving us our food. She couldn't get our order correct even with us correcting her 2 times before she gave us the total. Then when at the window she handed us the incorrect items. As she began to "fix" the problem she started removing the lids from our shakes and making a mess. Then she handed us our "corrected" items and with a "thank you have a good day" and an apology, she again reminded us she "just wasn't here yet" for the 3rd or 4th time. The location is difficult to get to and leave from so when you go be ready to wait for a bit. It's by the biggest intersection in town so it's just a little...
