Guess we picked the worst Saturday to visit *around 3pm(.Think nobody cooked @ home that day.The place was super overcrowded, in which we couldn't tell until we left the pay areas Only a few tables were empty about 4 in the area we 1st went to; yet unclean.We stood by one hoping to sit soon.The 2 waitresses kept walking by so we finally asked If they would stop and go ahead and clean it. They said they would be there in a few minutes to do so. We waited another 8 minutes Previously we had been standing there about 5 as they continued to walk back and forth. Filling people cup with tea. Not even acknowledging us again. An older couple came in the same area and sat down at one of the dirty tables.We decided to go & try and a refund,but finally saw someone cleaning out the table closer to the door and decide it to stay, I was really upset and disappointing to stand there waiting when the 3 ladies kept walking by when It probably wouldn't have took 2 minutes to clean the table. I know the place was extremely full and but at least clean the freaking table. It's a huge place.I couldn't believe so.Many people were there at that moment next time.We were definitely look or ask about seating if i ever returned there before paying. I'm not from that area but I have been there to this location once before.Was nothing like this. Most of the food seem to have been gone, I guess they couldn't refilll some items fast enough absolutely a handful of desserts.Nothing delightful left. Let me just stop right here and say if your actually reading this review for Golden Corral you are either at work and Stuck in a weird “youtubian” whirlwind of reviews. If that is the case STOP! hey your boss said back to work. If your reading this bc you have never heard of this fine eating establishment and you have US citiZenship then you may want to go home and fix another bologna sandwich bc the world is crazy out here and would hate for you to bump your head on life in the “people” world. But for those of us who read these for fun praying the next one will be like this one then I just say get you a roll, some spaghetti, a chix breast, some corn, and corn seriously swimming in butter and wash that down with 3 or 4 cokes and then (you know where this is going) better make sure the tank is full and the roads are clear bc you need to be hitting NASCAR speeds to the house. Trust me if you don’t know, you will thank me

Pro tip: map a course home with only right turns. There will be moments where you will wonder how I was this right. Just remember you can be like me to. ALBANY, GA ----RACIST management. TIFFANY & GENERAL MANAGER. PASS THEM UP, EAT ANYWHERE ELSE THAT APPRECIATE YOU & YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!! RUDE , NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOURTEOUS STAFF. ASKED FOR WRITTEN POLICIES FROM HEADQUARTERS with no customer service to help!! Here is what happened. Mom purchased Senior Early Bird meal with a free drink. SHE DID NOT WANT IT. Gave it to her son So it would not be wasted. This was the one glass of drink given at the cashier upon arrival--- SHE DID NOT ASK FOR A REFILL. Waiter was advised by management to approach our table that had 3 PAID CUSTOMERS and told Son he could not drink Mother's drink that was included in her meal THAT SHE DID WANT......HALF OF A GLASS, NO REFILL. Manager Tiffany insisted upon throwing away the half glass rather than show proof of it being against company policy in writing. We advised that we were not happy with the service or lack of resolution and asked FOR A PARTIAL REFUND FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND DISTURBING AND RUINING OUR MEAL AS A CUSTOMER COURTESY. Manager Tiffany said No! And General manager said if we didn't like service we didn't have to come back! WITHOUT OFFERING ANY SOLUTION AT ALL!!!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
