Would highly recommend not buying a sectional or anything from Ashley. Or at least their GA locations. Purchased a sectional and after it only being in our home for 3 months we noticed in proper nailing of frame which we were told was covered under manufactures warranty, but then was told since we didnât have it delivered that we would have to pay a service fee to have what is MANUFACTURER WARRANTY fixed. To make this even more frustrating we even purchased a 5 year protective plan from Guardian which is who they use for outside plans that costed in the hundreds of dollars range. When I called Guardian they informed me that it is covered under manufacturer warranty and I canât use my plan with them. So why would I pay for a protective plan that I canât use and then what sense does it make for me to pay for something that should be covered by the manufacturer. Sounds like to me they are more worried about making money on top of money. Instead of trying to help customers out. But anyways after a month of going back and forth with the South GA location I contacted corporate and got them involved for them to finally replace the broken chase. When they brought the new chase they left it outside and wouldnât replace it with the other one. They would only take the old one out. I should have done the same to them and took and put the chase outside since they just want to put my replacement outside. I tried to get a refund for the couch since it is still in new condition but they will not do so. I just want to inform everyone of this so it doesnât happen to anyone else. There is already enough evil in this world and wrong doing. Itâs easier to do the right thing but money seems to blind people. I purchased this from the ALBANY location and when the issue with the furniture first came about I had to drive to Albany just to get a response.    Read more09.17.21 DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Since posting the last review we were contacted by someone at corporate by the name of Makensie. They refunded our delivery fee for the trouble. Delivered the chair 2 days later on Aug 17th. We were told the Sofa and loveseat would be delivered Sept 17th and 30th. Called customer service on the 16th and am now told they have no update and do not even know when the other two pieces will be in that were ordered almost FIVE months ago. When ordered we were told it would be 2-12 weeks at worst. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!
Selecting and ordering our furniture from the most amazing sales lady was a great experience. it was so satisfying. we received our paperwork, signed everything and paid for it that day. itâs so easy to spend money there. they take the money that very day. then came the wait. we were told up front that it would be a 2â12-week delivery up front. about four weeks in I get a text for me to schedule my delivery because our furniture was ready. I called the person who was purchasing our old furniture and said its ready so I need the old out to get the new in. he was able to schedule movers to get it that day. I went online and scheduled new delivery for later that week. I put lawn furniture in loving room temporarily. then we find out that that was a mistake and its someone's else furniture. Sorry. Today is 16 weeks and 1 day and still no couch, love seat and chair. they have offered $100 dollars for our trouble. I want my furniture that I paid for in the time I agreed to. spoke today to the supervisor of the number you call when you want an update on your order. canned answer. parts shortage, all orders are behind but I'm now a VIP.    Read moreWill NEVER shop here again. Dealt with Noel and first thing I told her was I wanted a MANUAL sectional because I didnât want power cords running across my floor. She tells us they have batteries and all I would have to do was charge them and I would not have cords on the floor. Spent 5k on the sectional and chair and left satisfied. When the furniture is delivered there are no batteries and I would have to buy them separately. The delivery guys said I would have to buy a battery for each section and they were about $250 apiece. Noel never told us about purchasing batteries and made it sound like it was part of the stuff I purchased. I called the phone number on her card and it goes to a call center that screens their calls. They sent an email to the store manager to call me. When he called he said he would see what he could do about some batteries and would call back within the hour. He never called back. I called the call center to complain and they said they would send a message to the store manager to call me and no one ever did. If I knew I was going to have to pay another $1000 for batteries I would have kept looking for a manual sectional. The store did nothing to help and Iâm stuck with a sectional I have to plug up, precisely what I didnât want!!
