Not friendly, not helpful, overly attentive in trying to just take our orders. There was no one else in there and instead of helping us decide or explaining the menu, she simply repetitively asked if we were ready every other moment like she was in a hurry. It was two younger girls. As we began to order, assumably the owner, came in. She was the one to ring us up. She started walking away from the register before it even approved our payment! I mean, literally, not infront of the register anymore, to the side walking away to go attend someone else who walked in for their sauna. It was only us! The passive aggressivness and outright behaviour of negligence was astonishing. They weren't outright rude, but it did taste like they forgot the pineapple in the Rhamaro smoothie my mom had ordered. They said hello when we walked in, the younger one did wish us a good one on our way out. That was good customer service and my own smoothie was delicious. I think they just need to prioritize better. If they had been busier, I would have understood. That being said, we were the only ones until the lady that walked in before we finished paying. For also being someone who works in the health food industry, it'd be better to just eat a banana than waste $8.99 on a smoothie here. Goodluck to the owner, she could have a better thing going if maybe she had more passion than what looks like greed. And same for the attended, she might want to work on her customer service skills, and the younger gal was...
Read moreI haven’t been here in over a year, because we moved to north Georgia. I assume there are new owners since I moved 5 years ago. I ordered the Hells Kale juice drink, as I use to , which use to be rich, flavorful and amazing. Today, the drink was a very faint, light green with hardly any flavor, and mostly watered down with water. I asked the young girl why so watery, and she said they add water now to their drinks. I had her try to fix it and it made no difference. It was $15 for the large , and really nothing but water; may as well buy a bottled water and save your money. I also ordered the Ultrahydration drink and it was just as weak. The Hells kale use to be a rich, dark green with so much flavor, but it has changed drastically. The sandwich was $10. Altogether $44 and not worth it. I can get a Clean Juice drink in Alpharetta, North Georgia, which isn’t watered down, Christian owned and amazing for way less money. It still blows my mind how ppl in Albany can charge Atlanta prices in this small poverty stricken town, and deliver low quality product . I’m very disappointed because I use to love to frequent this place and was so looking...
Read moreNO REFUNDS, NO FREE DO-OVERS Before a few weeks ago I was an ongoing customer of this place. I went in to get the Elvis (similar to a Reese’s) protein shake. Since my coming here I have never ordered anything other than that. On this particular day I ordered the Elvis and it just simply was not good. My immediate assumption was that the dishes used were not properly cleaned after either making something else in the same blender or just in general. I asked for a redo and the cashier told me they don’t offer them, so I asked to speak with the owner. She called and the owner stated that her reason for no refunds is because her menu is transparent and states what’s exactly in every drink. But what if someone just does not like the taste? Or if her workers are simply not cleaning equipment after each use? On top of that most of her shakes are $12 and up. I advise not shopping here if you’re wanting to try something new or if you are used to healthy drinks at a lower cost. This place...
