
Book elsewhere! My wife and daughters had a horrific experience. My daughter was getting married the day of the fiasco, July 7, 2017. Before, they had reserved a half-day spa, hair and make-up sessions for three people– from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. It was promised to be a wonderful wedding day, a mother-bride-sister day... spending time together, relaxing and drinking mimosa. Not to be!
Because of some plan changes, the rehearsal was move to early the morning of the wedding. We were all done at 11:15 AM and my wife called the owner to let them know they were all on their way.
Nobody thought there could possibly be an issue since they reserved such a large block of time... and what wedding goes as planned anyway? To our bewilderment, the owner told my wife over the phone that because they were 15 minutes late, she canceled the entire appointment.
What? Who does that to a wedding party?
We were obviously shocked and in disbelief as the wedding was taking place later than day. After much pleading and crying, the owner agreed to see the bride and my other daughter, but she specifically told my wife that she could not be seen. What?
According to my daughters, there was nobody else in the salon… no one but the idle employees!

Once my sister (the bride) and I got into Capelli, we were told since we were 15 mins late she could only do one persons hair or makeup. After my mother pleaded with her on the phone, she decided to cancel the whole appointment even though we already had paid her $50 in advance. After my sister (bride) and I cried in the Salon, she decided to do my sisters hair & makeup and my makeup. But, she said my mother was not allowed to be in the salon. Later, I asked friends who were listening to my mom on the phone and they said she didn't say anything to warrent her being banned from the salon. She did do a good job on both our hair and makeup but the experience was ruined. We planned to have mimosas and bond before my sister went down the isle. But all we got was stress and tears! Read moreI would put a negative in front of the one star I chose. My grandmother has went to this salon and I always liked everyone in there. Always smiling faces. Today I will say I'm very disappointed in the way a young lady was bashed on social media by a stylist named Tiffany. There were multiple post back and forth between the client and stylist. In one post the stylist went as far as bashing her client as a mom and shared information she over heard her client speaking on the phone. I understand things happen and disagreements will be had .....what I witnessed on Facebook was horrible. And the owner, manager , whoever Tori is (i think she posted) was also in the post. I wouldn't allow my daughter go into this salon to be bullied on the internet later. Sad.
