Wendy's — Restaurant in Albany

I’ve been going here quite often lately(about 4 times a week for 2 months) but today was my first time inside. I went in because my chicken sandwich was cold. I waited in line for a bit. The cashiers were super polite and I was to them as well, even telling them it was okay that the food was cold when they offered an apology and I did not mind waiting. They went to get another lady and I told her the problem. She wasn’t as cheerful. Her immediate response was well I just dropped those. I didn’t respond because I don’t have a problem recognizing if food is cold or not. She then told me it’ll be a few minutes. I said, ok, that’s no problem. I asked the cashier could she dispose of the cold sandwiches I was retuning. She said I could use the trash can that was near the drinks. I disposed of the entire bag. When the sandwiches were ready, I informed the cashier that I had purchased the meals so I needed two fries as well and I told her I already had the drinks in the car. She asked what size, I said I didn’t upgrade so whatever size comes from the advertised price. She swiftly got them but the lady that made the comments about recently dropping the sandwiches started questioning the cashier about why I needed new fries as if I had not literally just returned the food and waited which would have made the fries cold by the time the sandwiches were prepared. Decided to give Wendy’s another try after being generally terrible over the past year or two. Instead received the worst so far.

Went in around 10:15pm and there was a couple of teenagers clearly talking with their friend at the window and having fun, however the drive thru person seemed to not even listen to our order. Repeated several times and had to wait while she takes to her friends to see if she heard us.

When we finally headed to the window the teens outside were now climbing into the drive through window while we had to wait for them to get done with whatever it was they were doing.

When we got to the window the employee continued talking to them over our car, and after not speaking to us or even looking at us gave us our food. As we leave we realize the bag is incredibly light, and upon looking, realize that despite our hoping the “uh huh” and “got it” were confirmation she heard our order, she actually had not, and didn’t even put half our order in. So we left with a couple nuggets and a drink with no straw.

Bonus points to them for still managing to give us cold food as well. I think it’s time to give up on Wendy’s as it’s becoming more of a pattern than...

I went through the drive thru here the other day and ordered a small frosty and baconator fries.

The same thing I ordered a month or so ago at a Washington State Wendy's. I was extremely disappointed in the difference between my two meals. I pulled up and paid for my meal and was handed a small frosty that had a cover on it! I've never had a to-go frosty given to me with a lid on it as they're supposed to be topped off above the edge with a curl on top. My small Frosty was actually extra small because they didn't give me the top part of the Frosty!

Then when I pulled out my order of baconator fries I had three small strips of bacon put on top of the fries and cheese! They were too lazy to take the bacon and break it up into little chips like it shows in all of their pictures. It was definitely one of the worst service that I've had from a fast food restaurant.
