As a wing connoisseur and a first time customer here… i wasn’t very impressed with the food nor value to the customer.

The wings were average and nothing to rave over. I ordered mines fried hard and they weren’t to my liking of fried hard. Definitely should have had more crisp.

Also the honey lemon pepper, lacked the honey and wasn’t seasoned with much lemon pepper. I had another order that i added lemon pepper too (which was an additional $.75 charge) and didn’t get any on them at all.

The cheeseburger kids meal, that gave the option to add cheese, meant you can add an additional piece of cheese to your cheese burger and not on the fries 🙄

To top it off, as i returned to get my order corrected the cashier acted very nonchalant and was hesitant about giving me a cup of lemon pepper seasoning for my wing that they forgot, and when i mentioned cheese for the fries, i was told it was added to the cheeseburger…( that already came with cheese)…. and not for the fries, along with a shrug of her shoulders.

I do understand that online ordering can be confusing and not clear for some, but my issue was an easy fix and could have saved a bad review.

The cookies were good and the cheese fries were decent, so i will give them...

This was my first time eating at Wing Box.. The food from online looked sooo good. I ordered a 7pc Country wings with fries..When i opened my box, the chicken looked so good and crispy but it was very very salty not only that it was undercooked. The chicken was gummy inside. Whenever you have a heavy breading on the outside, you have to make sure it's cooked through. I took the food back to Wing Box. i showed the manager the food and he said it was fully cooked and that he seasons his food the way he likes it. So i explained to him that i wasn't satisfied. He said that i wont be getting a refund and if i wanted something else, i will have to pay for it. He said that he cant satisfy everyone and the chicken was fully cooked and seasoning is the way he season. I said ok and i will be leaving a review...He accused me of bashing his restaurant but i told him if im not satisfied as a customer it's my right to leave a review. If you are not satisfied with you food, you will not get a refund or an exchange so think carefully before order...

I'm a big supporter of local restaurants and after reading reviews was looking forward to trying WingBox. They got our order right, it was done faster than expected, and the young lady at the counter was nice. No complaints there. But none of our food was very good at all. We asked for crispy wings but they were wet, slippery, and soft. Stretchy wet chicken skin is not tasty. The flavor of the sauces was pretty good though. The salad is just a box of shredded iceberg lettuce, a couple tiny pieces of chopped tomato. The chili cheese fries got thrown out. We couldn't eat them. Soggy, undercooked crinkle fries with what looked and tasted like pureed canned chili and canned liquid cheese. Bad texture and zero flavor. I was looking forward to tasting the hibiscus tea but I could barely taste the hibiscus and it was VERY sweet. I'm sorry, guys. Just really disappointed. The photos of the food looked good. We wanted to like it and have a new place for wings. I'm afraid to go back and try...
