Elements Coffee Co — Restaurant in Albany

A definite go to for a nice quiet breakfast/brunch. Unfortunately, I didn't write the review immediately after leaving so I don't remember the names of some of the items. So maybe someone from the restaurant can clarify if they see this. My boyfriend and I visited. From the outside, I was impressed. The outside is the first impression. When I went through the door, I was again impressed. Clean and unique decorations. The menu was easy to read and not to crowded. I hate super busy menus that aren't neat and easy to read. The cashier was very friendly and hospitable, no attitude. Very customer friendly. I ordered (I can't remember the name) croissant with chicken, peppers, onions, cheese...not sure of everything on it but it was VERY good. My boyfriend ordered the bagel with everything seasoning and cream cheese...very good...can't go wrong with those. The flavored coffees were very good too. Sorry , I can't be more specific with names but I highly recommend this place. Keep it in business. Another nice touch is they use these nice wooden trays and small individual salt and pepper shakers....what a nice touch!! My only recommendation....lose the social distancing tables. Quit limiting the amount of seating. Lets...

April 27, 2018: Good customer service although they lacked some products within their inventory. The GM needs to step it up before they run out. I will come back a second time thanks to their good customer service. I hope they will have more products they listed to sell. I was counting on Almond milk latte and blueberry scones. Maybe next time. 😒

I love the GM. He is very attentive to the employees work ethics and he has a deep consideration for their college schedule. He sounds to be very intelligent and well spoken when interacting with everyone. I have to mention he very good looking too.😍 Damn! He has a ring on that...

This was my favorite coffee shop in Albany. I always loved their coffee, food, etc. However, the last 2 visits were awful. So when I went yesterday I told the young man who took my order very nicely that the the last time I was here my husband's frappuccino was terrible. We ordered thru the drivethru . It was so thin it was like milk. He just threw it away. He just smiled and said sorry. No compensation. I was nice and didn't say anything. Then after I left and poured my latte into my own cup at the bottom of the cup was just a big glob of powder. I had taken a few sips and wondered why it tastes like water. I don't know if new people have taken over here or the problem is untrained employees but I will not be back. At 5 a drink i expect...
