Verizon — Local services in Albany

I highly RECOMMEND everyone who lives in SWGA to go and do whatever it is that you need costumer service wise or anything Verizon related at RUSSELL CELLULAR. I have had so many issues with the costumer service at the main store near the Albany Mall that I stopped going about 3 years ago. I would do everything online until by the grace of God I found this store!!! It’s been in the city for an extremely long time and it’s crazy that it took me this long. Everyone is extremely helpful and delightful! My rep was Derrick and he helped me achieve complete satisfaction! I will most definitely be coming back for everything! Thank you again for the best experience...

Russell Cellular was a breath of fresh air compared to the Verizon store next to the mall. My wife and I went in around 4:20 pm. We upgraded two phones, upgraded our plans, bought new cases, and screen protectors, plus one more accessory and was out of there in under an hour thanks to Jenna. Jenna was very knowledgeable of her job and the products offered by her Employer. She is a great asset To her employer and the the company. Don’t know how much she makes an hour——But it’s most likely not enough. And last——- No she’s not kin to us, an we never met her before today 7/21/20. Will never go back to mall store again. Thanks again for the service you...

1st let me jump with joy this location had the Samsung S21 Ultra that was sold-out EVERYwhere else...💃🏾! 2ndly I got 1 of the 2 they had. Dustin helped me get activated and going. He was very helpful, patient, answered every question and made transferring my info a breeze, thanks Dustin 🤗. Note: I've past this location on numerous occasions but never visited. Authorized retailer.....what exactly does that mean?....🤔 It means the place you overlooked that had your phone that was sold out online...that what it means. Russell Cellular.....Authorized retailer thank you for everything...
