My experience:

I took in my iPad to be fixed, the screen had been cracked really bad, and Raymond was the guy who I dealt with. From the first word, he was responsive, professional, up front with the price and timeline of when it would be done. I left my iPad with him and he told me it would be ready the day after next. Well I had a financial situation come up the next day and called to explain to Raymond that I couldn’t afford the service he quoted me for and apologized. He was super understanding and calm. He informed he that he had already ordered the screen for the iPad and I offered to pay for any loss of time or product ordered because it was my fault. He reassured me that it was okay and I could come pick it up. He was friendly when I came back in and reassured me again that everything was okay, he just told me to come back when I could get it fixed.

Raymond is the reason I’ll go back to them again and again. His professionalism and understanding is hard to find in this town of Albany, GA. I recommend the Phone Hub to everyone that needs anything fixed or needs to purchase phones, phone cases, headphones, chargers, etc.

Buyer Beware! 10/10 would not recommend! On 2/19/22 I drop my phone off to have the front screen repaired on my IPhone SX Max. I paid $145.00 plus tax. less than 1 month later the entire screen came completely out of the phone with the exception on one of the two cables that are connected on the inside of the phone. The screen still came on even though it was detached but I couldn't even press the numbers to unlock my phone I went back to the store to have the issue fix considering the bottom of my screen was supposed to have not only a 30 day warranty but a lifetime warranty as long as it wasn't crack, had water damage or the screen had be removed by anyone but the employee which none of the above applied. The representative tells me that if i want the issue fixed because on the cables were detached, I would have to pay an additional $120. Now why would I do that when I paid you and the screen came out already. I'm going to contact my bank with pictures, a copy of the receipt and the situation and see if they can the dispute the original charge if not I think im going to take this one to court because I feel like I've...

When my iPhone SE, 2nd Edition battery gave out, I had to make a trip to Albany to get a replacement. In googling for a phone repair store, I found three that were near each other. Phone Hub had the hours and days that fit my schedule. When I called to confirm the times (during holiday season) and to inquire if I needed to make an appointment (not necessary), the man to whom I spoke asked some specific questions about my phone to ascertain that they had the correct battery in stock (they did). When I arrived on Saturday, there were a couple of customers ahead of me. I was grateful to see chairs available for those waiting. Plus the milieu of the store was inviting - clean, uncluttered, music playing in the background. The two gentlemen staffing the business that morning were friendly, courteous and patient. I left the phone with them for a couple of hours. It was (nearly) ready when I returned. The whole event was pleasant. It made me want to return soon.
