Its getting ridiculous that every single day I'm trying to get jelly donuts from several different locations and for some reason nobody ever has any kind of jelly donut at their location. Neither a regular donut nor do they have the jelly munchkins. Did dunkin donut franchise run out of jelly all together? Did yall quit making jelly donuts without informing the public. This is every single day. Before even lunch time. Albemarle location, mint Hill location.
I have managed a dunkin donuts in the past at one of the concord locations and I know that each week/ day as a store manager your job is to check the forecasted sales of donuts for the week and create a list for the donut maker in the mornings to make the donuts for each day. If there is a high demand for a specific donut then you should ideally start making more of that donut daily for not only customer service and satisfaction but for profit. This is a clear problem with not just one specific location. Your stores are tarnishing the Dunkin donut brand name. It seems no matter what time of the day I decide to try to go, jelly donuts are ALWAYS out of stock. If the demand is high why aren't we making more donuts ?!
Something needs to be done, this is absolutely ridiculous. My cravings for jelly donuts has caused nothing but distress and anger and its not fair. Please let me know who I can reach out to corporate wise.
Maybe I need to investigate further and into all the surrounding dunkin donuts with video recording proof that every time I walk into a dunkin donuts there are never any jelly donuts. This isn't even a special or seasonal donut. This is one of the original donuts that should ALWAYS be on the shelf.
It might seem ridiculous to be so upset over a donut, but it's even more ridiculous that the issue is continuing for this long and at multiple locations. I will not stop complaining and searching for an answer from someone within corporate. Not until this issue is resolved. Shame on you...

The lack of attention to detail is astonishing. Whether it's missing items, incorrect beverages, or wrong customization, the mistakes seem endless. What’s worse is the unprofessional and careless attitude displayed by the staff when I bring up these issues. Instead of apologies or attempts to rectify the mistakes, I often encounter indifference and a lack of urgency to make things right.
This repeated carelessness and lack of customer service have made me lose trust in this Dunkin' Donuts location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements to ensure a better experience for their customers...

The female repeated back a large ice coffee. I repeated my order again. With an attitude she said whats extra extra. She said is that extra cream extra sugar? I said yes, my son decided he wanted a coffee as well, so I ordered the exact same thing. With an attitude she says ice or hot? I told her hot she asked again ice or hot.
