It was clearly busy when I walked in so I understood that I would have to wait but when I walked in the manager on duty’s face said it all.. she was clearly upset I walked in and instead of a warm welcome or even a smile she said you’ll have to wait, I’ll be with you when I can, glaring at me.. Now if it was me I would’ve just left but my kids were expecting some food when I came out as they were waiting in the car with my husband. Then the drive thru employee came over to her and said you have someone at the counter and the manager says I know! It’s too busy in the drive thru so we’ll take care of them first and then I will help her.. Then tells her to go take 2 more orders from drive thru. Once she does the manager sees them show up on the screen and says great! Now there’s 2 more orders that showed up… at this point I’m super confused and she then tells the drive thru girl to wait on me. So she quietly and politely asks for my order and I ask her if they’ve gone through a change in management recently as this was the 2nd time this has happened when typically they are usually quite pleasant even when busy, but I explain how I felt like I angered her when I walked in .. but the manager over hears me and says you don’t know me but I’m in work mode and we’re really busy.. which I try to explain i understand you are busy but you’re lack of welcome and disgusted looks said it all and if it weren’t for my kids I would have walked out and she said to me that I didn’t have to be rude about it.. and I ask her back I don’t have to be rude?! Seriously?! Then she quits talking to me all together and asks the other lady is I needed any sauces for her food, and I said no she doesn’t need any sauces but you can bet I’m gonna write a review. I hope she gets the long deserved break or days off she needs to take a breath and recharge, clearly over worked and it shows. I am willing to come back again in the future as this has only happened the last couple times I’ve been in where typically they are pleasant. The food is always fresh and the orders are never messed up which is probably why you are busy all the time… great costumers Will understand the wait for terrific food but we don’t understand...
Read moreI ordered a bacon king meal and a bacon king jr. (Just the sandwich) and they charged me for 2 bacon king meals...so I go inside to tell them and ask to fix it. Well, as it turns out the manager didn't know how to refund a card (Yeah a MANAGER) so she calls the general manager and took 27 minutes before i just asked for a full refund and the manager was very rude and had a very mean tone of voice and she eventually figured it out and thankfully refunded me in full. BUT that's not the only bad part to my experience there. The counters were peeling and there were stains on the counters that had not been clean and had a very dirty feel to it. I felt as if i was in the slums of Compton or anywhere in Oakland it was very awful and i will not be giving them my service any longer. Read moreWaited over 12 minutes in the drive through yesterday without anyone even attempting to talk to me. There were no cars in front of me and a line behind me. I called the location (after 15 minutes of waiting) and was informed the lobby was full and they were on an important phone call. That phone call (personal) was expected to last 10 more minutes. I only get 30 minutes for lunch and wasted half already trying to get service. I was expected to wait another 10 minutes and get back to work and eat all within 5 minutes. Will not visit this location again. I left without ordering and four cars behind me went immediately through the line as well. Lost at least 5 orders at lunch yesterday. So much for raising minimum wages for folks working in fast food places. It costs me more than an hour of wages to eat a simple meal from a place like this.
