The only reason this place has any stars is because you have to give at least one to leave a review. The place reminds me of a diner in the ghettos of the Caribbean or Jamaica. Run down building, the interior looks like it hasn't seen soap and water for a decade. It was filthy gross. This is the first time I've ever been to a Mexican restaurant that charges you for store bought, oven warmed chips and bargain basement salsa. Seriously, you aren't missing anything, skip this abomination, you'll thank me later. The rice was seasoned inexplicably with what looked and tasted like ketchup. The refried beans were runny and had dried hard bits in them. The rest of our meals really needs no description because I guarantee you that whatever you order will look and taste the same. Our group had a bunch of different entree items, and we all shared. It didn't matter if it was a burrito, enchilada or tacos, it all looked and tasted exactly the same: disgusting. I have no clue why this petri dish is still open. But, only one person got ill from the encounter, I guess that's a win for them. As for the staff, once again I can only assume that the staff are family, as they showed little enthusiasm for a group of seven hungry consumers. We felt like we were imposing, and that's how we were treated. Definitely do not recommend and will definitely...
Read moreWorst Mexican food I’ve ever had besides Carlos o Kelly’s. It’s like American Mexican. rice is gross not Mexican rice shredded cheese from a bag meat is dry and has zero flavor. if you want chips and salsa like every other good Mexican restaurant they charge you 3 dollars for 1 order of chips basically the same size as a normal basket at a Mexican restaurant except these are Tostitos from the grocery store and it comes with what they call hot sauce and it taste like spicy pizza sauce all around bad food waiter was decent but she was having her own meal at a table next to us so it would have been a little awkward to ask her if we needed something didn’t wanna disturb her meal you feel me. Go...
Read moreThere's no information about what time they open on Google, but they only open at 5 pm, so we had to come back later. Our food took forever to be served, and I think they might have forgotten about us (we saw other people that arrived after us getting their food before and the plates we ordered were not hard to be prepared). They charge for the chips, which is really uncommon for Mexican restaurants around here. Overall, we won't come back there, the plates are too small and my husband's food was extremely spicy (they haven't even told him it would be). For a restaurant that has won awards in the past, I would expect...
